Worst Esso station by far. Have been a loyal Esso customer for a long time. This Esso consistently has the worst service and cheats people out of gas. I pressed regular gas and it always somehow jumps to one of the more expensive options. I had that happen again today but unfortunately I didn't catch it in time. I went in to ask the attendant and he had no clue what I was even talking about. He wouldn't help me and told me come back in the morning when there is a manager on site. I asked him how could I prove my situation. He wouldn't take down my number or give me any info I could share with the manager to rectify this. Honestly this location should change managers and owners asap as they are poorly trained and are consistently rude.

Wonderful place for snacks, lotto, gas, car wash and even morning coffee. Clean store and friendly staff as well.

NEW“I’ve been a regular customer at Esso- On The Run store for quite some time, but my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. I arrived around 10:20 in the evening today and asked for a pack of smokes I usually purchase. The person behind the counter, of Indian descent-(I am not entirely sure of his name but he was working today i.e- Nov 3 Friday 10:20 pm)responded rudely in his native language, saying, ‘Nahi hai,’ meaning ‘I don’t have it.’ What bothered me the most was the lack of professionalism and respect in his tone.To make matters worse, the attendant was engrossed in some inventory calculations, which seemed like a poor excuse for such discourteous behavior. I hadn’t been rude, and I was more than willing to provide my ID, so I couldn’t fathom why I was treated so poorly.Customer service should be the backbone of any business, and it’s disheartening to experience the opposite. I hope that the management of On The Run takes note of incidents like this and ensures that such behavior is addressed and rectified in the future. As a loyal customer, I expected better and hope to see improvements in the service provided.I kindly request that this issue be escalated and that I be kept informed about the steps taken to prevent others from having a similar experience, especially when they are rushing to the store before it closes for their necessities.”

Super bad behavior.Making money by deception. Bought car wash booklet and after 1 year its expired.Manager lied to BBB that issue is resolved but its not.Customer dealing is nasty.This location needs some trained staff and business minded owner.

You guys actually have to get slurpee straws cause the old husky had them. They also had bigger cups for the sizes. Honestly just please get nicer straws ??

The price of gas there is always higher than average.They're out of paper towels constantly, went there once and ALL the squeegees were broken and the courtesy windshield fluid buckets were empty(I've seen it quite often there).I've never seen the car wash open in the morning even though the gas station open as 0600 hrs-they're gonna tell you that it's either broken or closed (too lazy to move the sign early in the morning).These guys are taking full advantage that they're the only gas station in the area.
