Worst service and costumer service paid a full tank for my f150 and just basic car wash and it washed 1/2 of my truck I went back to tell this lady and smiling she said I told you if you pay just for the basic you have no warranty it will be clean lol but obiously she didn't say that. So my advise don't waste your money and time here also they should know basic car wash doesn't mean 1/2 truck washed means no premium things like wax and shampoo, so frustrated

The pay machine at the wash didn't work so had to go inside to pay. Unsure if there was an undercarriage wash, possibly was though.

It's touchless which isn't a bad thing for the car's paint. If one collects Esso Points via routinely filling gas at Esso, then using these washes can also be free.
