I visited dynamite yesterday was very warm welcome.All the girls working there are so good and polite.I want to mention one girl Grace the very nice and with lots of positivity and not the least with the smiling face.She is best and very helpful.I hope i will see her soon...

I shop at Dynamite quite frequently but I recently had a great experience at this location because of Ocean. Ocean helped me with everything I needed during this visit with such a welcoming and positive attitude. 10/10 service.

Went shopping with my wife to pick up some clothes for summer and an upcoming Mexico trip. Rima helped us out and I couldn’t say enough good things if I tried. I asked her if she was the owner because she took so much pride & ownership of what she was doing. Would come back here just for her

I have shopped at dynamite in Feb 26, I had shopped with ~500 dollars worth of clothes. My card got declined( my fault), once approved the whole system froze down and didn't show the transaction went through but it went through on my side, the manager that this happened with was Hazel. I was later told that it would go to my account in 24 hrs and if not call dynamite and let them know and put the ticket through customer service. As I called for 2 weeks I got a new manager every time and each told me something different and didn't seem to help me fully and said again to call back in 1-2days if refund didn't go through. They stated that this happened to lots of people where the system froze and people had to wait for their refund. Long story short 2-3 weeks go by when I called one day and got Hazel on the phone she had informed me that they put the wrong card information on the ticket so my refund never was approved. Had to make a second ticket to customer service and Hazel had said that she would updated me when the ticket was approved and was sending via mail on Mar. 6th, 2024. 4 days go by I call dynamite again (haven't received my refund ) new manager answers the phone and gave me new information that she would look into it again call me back and stated I have to wait a month!!!! When I've already almost waited a month for a ~500 dollar refund! I was annoyed and mad at this point, I was late to pay my bills and technically out $1000 at this point. 2 days go by and they never called back. Got a call on the Mar.15 from Hazel the manager: that seems to be the only manager helping me with this frustrating process and Hazel was wondering if anyone called me back and was shocked that no one had called me back. Hazel said she would called customer Service because I should've received it on the 12. At this point I called customer service myself to let them know what was going on and that only Hazel has been helping me and cared about me. Customer Service said I would receive my refund within 2-3 business days. I finally got my refund on March 24,2024. I'm disappointed in dynamite at this location with there service in how all managers didn't care and didn't even help me and only made things worse except Hazel. Hazel was amazing, understanding, kind and made sure progress was made with my situation. I'm unsure if I want to even shop at this location anymore cuz I never want to go through this again. Sad to say but West Ed Dynamite has lost a customer!

Huge thanks to Adina who went out of her way to help me find tall jeans. I hate trying on jeans because I’m 5”11 and nothing fits but Adina was so kind, helpful and patient even when it was busy and helped me find a tall size online. Best Dynamite I’ve ever been to! Thanks for going above and beyond!

Writing this a little late but I have a couple of opinions I feel need light shined on. Came in on Boxing Day looking for a couple of things for my nieces birthday. I came in and who I assume the manager named Tammy I believe was rude and rushing me. However 2 girls named Dana and Bianca came up to me and helped me out the entire time. They were extremely kind and caring about my experience, and also checked up on me in the fitting rooms after I finished . Will definitely return for her as they were amazing!!! All stars to these young ladies!!!!!

I always buy online and I go to the store to return any items that don’t fit me, I have to say the manager there Mellisa is so kind, friendly and professional by all means! To the point that I love to go to the west Edmonton mall store just to see her and her some of her super positive attitude and the way she treats her customers it’s just amazing although I go there only for returns and it might be annoying to them but she’s exactly what a manager suppose to be thank you for hiring such a great managers

This store is soooo good and trendy, I love how their clothes fit and are comfortable. Quality of the clothes are great and the service was exceptional. The ladies here are really helpful and I had a fun shopping experience. Exactly what you need when you’re shopping.

Customer service is good, store has a great feel, good outfit options. Music is quite a bit too loud, have to yell to hear each other and so do the staff so the shopping experience is actually kinda stressful and un pleasant
