My partner and I ordered furniture from Dwell Modern Edmonton for our residence in Europe. Brittany and April helped us pick out a table, sofa, rug, and chairs that matched our design scheme perfectly. They were always helpful with suggestions and helped us select products and fabrics that we would never have known to consider on our own. First-rate experience. I live in Toronto and contacted Dwell Modern because I was looking for a piece from a specific company that is carried by this store. Luckily for me I spoke to Adam Ross. This person could not have been friendlier, or more helpful if he had tried. We spoke at length about what I wanted, and the issues in getting it. After we hung up, it was barely minutes before he emailed me all the information, all the potential shortcuts in production time, and a myriad other details. Everyone thinks sales people put on an act to to earn a commission, but I disagree. Even over the phone I could tell this person loves his job, he wants clients to be happy. When I called him today, I spoke to Claire, who had the exact same attitude. Whatever you are doing at Dwell Modern, you are doing it right. I value customer service way above price, and I wish I lived in Calgary so I could physically shop there. Thank you for helping me, thank you for making my interaction with you the highlight of my day, thank you for being amazing !!!

Dwell is our our go to furniture store in Edmonton. It has a nice selection of good quality pieces and customer service is top notch. Brittany has a great sense of what works in a room while really listening to what her client wants out of the space.
