I had a scratch repaired on my van, which has a three-stage paint. The repair took longer than expected since the sensors and cameras can be tricky when estimating time. Even with the delay, they did an excellent job, and I’m really happy with how it turned out

Very dissapointed. Called the place asked what is the status of my car. turns out they havent worked on it. it took them 5-6 when they said it would only be 2-3. Very late delievery.

Will not be back, and you shouldn't be either. This was my experience dealing with *only a relatively minor repair* (rear bumper and some paint on the trunk - took 1 MONTH to do this), I would HATE to see what they do with a more major repair.
1. Poor service that took too long. They forgot to order some parts initially - resulting in delay.
2. They tried to repair a trunk but could not, so they had to order a new one - resulting in delay.
3. Throughout the process they were not understanding, and I had to keep asking them for updates (even after I requested they keep me updated, they would not unless I contacted them first - sometimes leaving me wondering about the status of my vehicle for up to a week at a time).
4. Once after emailing me that the car was 'back in production', I went to grab some items from it a couple of days later - the car was still in their lot, covered in a foot of snow (it had not snowed for a week).
5. After all this, on the day it was completed, *I* had to contact *them* to find out my car was completed that day, which means I had to last minute schedule a ride there. This after I had expressed to them that I wished to be kept updated.
Their excuse will be something along the lines of "we can't control shipping times on parts" - this is not the issue. The issue is with the dishonesty about the status of my car, the poor communication, the lack of updates, and more.
The one thing to their credit is the quality of the repair - they did do good work (eventually). However, even if your insurance recommends this place, find somewhere else.

My insurance company, The Cooperators, suggested this place to me for my car. My car needed front bumper, fender and front axle parts replacement. In general, they are all professional and I liked the 6-month journey we had, which I explain below.Unfortunately, because of part shortage and back ordering, I had to wait about 4 months to have my car fixed. Roy was really helpful to explain the issue to me, and I couldn't do anything other than waiting. When I got my car back, there were some cracks on the windshied, because of harsh weather changes. I asked them to see if my insurance can cover that, so they did and my insurance company surprisingly accepted that. Kudos to you guys and the Cooperators.Finally, I'm gonna mention two things that I wish you could have done better. First, follow-ups. I was the one who called everytime to get an update. It would be great if you give customers a call or send a text message for any update. Second, when I got my car, I couldn't find the block heater cord. I came back to reroute the cord, but they rerouted it from the top of the engine, not through it!
