We just came out of the store. We bought above $200 things from the store. The front staff (Girl) who did the billing, was so rude in her behaviour. She was standing with bags on her side asking us to grab new bag from outside and nit having patience…. she was saying “ pass me all your stuff quickly It is taking so long. Even while scanning she dropped our stuff on the floor. These kind of rude behaviour is not expecting from a store like Dollarama. Hope management will act on these.

Dollarama stores are very over priced they have gotten higher in prices than normal stores. Hardly go there any more.

When I was doing the checkout with my stuff, The cashier wants me to go and check the price tag for my item and then she literally asked me to go and check it for her. The staff was too rude and very disrespectful to each and every customer I don't know what's going on with them, but this is not the way that you treat your customers.

Staff were rude and didn't even acknowledge I was there when came to the till! Totally ignored while paying, no help whatsoever!
Used to like this store, not anymore, lost my business!!

This location in Ellerslie is very clean, organized and a large store. Handicap parking and entrance/exit doors.Didn't take pictures -my phone died.The prices range from $1.75 to $5. I am shocked by how much the prices are for a dollar store.The staff are friendly and busy stocking shelves. Wasn't busy so one 1 cashier on, he was friendly. Very clean store, impressive.
