We were in the branch at Mill Woods Town Centre. People could also find tableware, stationery, tools, pet supplies, household items and more here. We found reusable silicone food bags that I hadn't seen at other branch I had visited.
Although it is a branch in a shopping mall, the variety and quantity of goods are no less than those in other branches. They also sell a variety of environmentally friendly food bags and many styles of pet supplies.

The lady working in the beauty aisle on 2 july 2024. She was literally on a phone call while working in the aisle. I asked her something but she ignored me and start talking on a phone again. I asked her again and she navigate me to the wrong aisle and she didnt even put her phone down. There is 0 professionalism in her. I dont know how dollarama allows their associates to use phone on floor. I was in the store for about 30-45 minutes and she was on her phone the whole time. Customer service provided by that lady was so bad and i had a worst experience there. I think she needs training again.

Girl in light blue sweater working today at cashier is so rude. I asked her if they have more letter boards in stock. If she can ask somebody to help me find. She just ignored and said which card you wanna use to pay. Very disrespectful.

Dont know why but eems like dollarama is not training their staff on how to great customers and their cashiers dont even speak english. Cashiers were chit chatting in a different language in front of customers please hire people who speak English wont visit this Dollarama again.

Cheap prices. Cheaper product and even cheaper service. A prime example of getting what you pay for. There are a few things that are better here vs. other places though, like snacks.

Please go to another dollarama or dollar tree this location has no staff as most of them are talking away to each while the customers wait in the line for hours

The prices are great, but the waiting times can be a bit long with only one or two cashiers. Suggest adding more cheerful staff during busy hours to make the shopping experience even better!

I visited Dollarama today, around 4.30pm cashier in blue shirt tall boy with hair cut was so rude , he does need more training on customer service!He has no respect towards customers!
