If I could give 0 I would. The customer service here is non existent. A lady working in the stationary aisle got mad at my 7 year old niece for putting a plastic head in the wrong place and was over all rude. Tried to act nice when she realized I wasn’t happy. If you don’t like your job you simply shouldn’t work there. There’s also a nicer way of going about things.

You must change your exchange policy or provide correct service in order to meet the customer's needs. People come to spend hundreds of dollars in these difficult times, and ask you for advice on products to see if they are products that work. sell together. One of your salespeople ensures that one product goes with another, otherwise it is unusable, returning home and ending up with two unsuitable products! Ah yes, no exchange policy... even with the receipt and purchased the same day! So ask your salespeople to provide better customer service when asked a question because of course we think you know your products.

Was a customer here for years spending about 30 to 100 a week. I've come to the mall grab a ice cap and shop. I was told today no drinks and that it's always been the policy which is a lie. If it's kids are the problem then maybe no kids and let the 35 year old responsibe that's there everyday take his drink in. I just won't shop there anymore. With or without a drink. Sad really enjoy that 1 star

Excellent shopping experience yesterday although what I needed was something I found myself after browsing all the aisles as the staff working on shelving said they were not available - I am glad I persevered as the check out staff was efficient and kind in packing my various items meticulously in several bags - friendly and kind whom I do not forget and will greet her in future visits..pics to post in due course but I want to give a shout out for the staff who took care of me during my massive shopping experience at Dollarama in Londonderry mall for the first time as I shop more locally at Unity Square or Edmonton City Centre #YEG

Took a little bit for some one to help at the machines wow more interested in working then helpin with machines
