If I were you and you are reading this then I would go to a Dollarama instead of this place. Employees have no idea what they are doing and have no idea how to charge items. As well as they clearly have no idea what a Febreze spray is due to the store smelling like complete garbage. 3 Starts just because the art supplies I needed to purchase worked well.

The cashier that was working here this morning, Caucasian with dirty blonde hair and glasses made me feel very uncomfortable she's scanning the items and just staring me down hard-core and giving this look like she doesn't want me to be there or she wasn't happy serving me. Extremely unprofessional she wasn't smiling or making any conversation just staring at me (not looking away and not even looking at the items she's scanning) like staring at me as if I shouldn't be in the store. Her customer service wasn't the greatest, who stares at customers like that and makes them feel uncomfortable, it was really creepy like does she not like people who aren't the same skin colour as her or something?? Does she not know it's not polite to stare at people like that?? Does she not know what good customer service is?? Will not be coming back into this store where I'm looked at differently.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The cashier was rushing me when I was putting items on the counter. I told her I wanted 2 bags and willing to pay for them .she charged me for 2 only gave me 1 bag . She was upset when I asked for the second bag. Before I got my item in the bag she was putting the next person items where my bag was and told me I needed to move. She move my bag before I finished packing it and the bag ripped. What can't the cashier just wait until a person finished packing up the items in the bags.

Second visit to this location this morning - posting because the first visit wasn't a fluke!This Dollar Tree is levels above other locations. The store is SO WELL KEPT! On both visits, every aisle was zoned with products pulled forward and no empty spots. Everything is organized. The effort the staff and managers put in is more than noticeable! The customer service is also notable - pleasant interactions were had.Product wise, Dollar Tree is a definite bang for your buck when it comes to little home furnishings and kitchenware + accessories.

Make sure u only take what you need to the till. If u asked them void few items staff won't be happy because they have to rescan it and you will hear staff saying "o god" I have to rescan them all . I thought staff there help the customer but not here

The staff in billing is lazy to work.if we want to cancel any items they will not do it ...they will say we have to re scan everything which is not possible for them.Iam wondering what kind of software system running inside the store ?Even manager don't want to help us

Best Price on some Essential Home and Kitchen supplies, we went to buy some Seasonal Supplies for my Kids , Lots of Kids drawings stuff and Toys, very affordable prices for most of the items, lack of staffing no one was there to help , big line up for Cashier only one person handling the till all the time when we were there.

Just ignored us, when we wanted to ask to keep our backpacks at the front, clearly saw us, but gave no f's about us, just tryna respect their store policy, but whatever, probably wouldn't had cared if we stole either, but we would never do so.
