I've been doing maintenance at the dealer. A few days ago, there was a grinding sound on the chassis of the car. I called the dealer and was told that the diagnostic fee would be $95 first, and they would then give a quote for the labor and materials required for repair. I happened to see DLAND's advertisement on WeChat. After calling to describe the problem, the boss immediately diagnosed that the heat insulation board was loose. He said it was easy to repair and gave a very low quotation.
After arriving at the appointed time, the receptionist was very patient and friendly. Soon after completing the registration, Technican drove the car away for repairs. Soon the boss came out and explained what the problem was and how to fix it. Throughout the whole process, I really felt that DLAND was professional, patient, honest and friendly. It is recommended that if you have been using Dealer, try DLAND.

Did oil change at Dland. Two month later, the engine oil pressure warning was on suddenly. I took my car in without appointment. The staff identified the leaking filter and replaced it without charge. I was able to back on road for a scheduled long trip the next day with peace of mind. A thumbs-up for accountability. This is an honest place. I have been coming here for years. They would only perform the repairs that are actually needed. Never useless things like “change the transmission fluids”. When I experienced tire replacement, they don’t force me to change all 4 tires. They would only ask to change the ones that need to change.
