I have purchased three pairs of shoes from this store, it is the highlight of my West --Edmonton trip. The customer service is outstanding, which is hard to find these days . I had an issue with a pair of boots, and the manager was quick to resolve the problem offering me a couple of solutions.
money well spent :)

Grateful for the AMAZING service by Emily & Wojo (sorry if spelling is off). Emily knew my size before I even asked-AMAZING! They treated me like a very valued customer and I was brand new to them…felt like Pretty Woman! DEFINITELY COME HERE FOR YOUR FOOTWEAR NEEDS-THE STAFF & THE FOOTWEAR ARE SECOND TO NONE!

Customer service is exceptional! And I needed 2 pairs of shoelaces for other shoes and they didn’t even charge me for them. Such integrity and goodwill. I am leaving here with spring in my step.
