We were on our way to Peace River and got a rock in our windshield north of Red Deer. We called a couple other glass places who said we're booking for tomorrow . We called Crystal Glass on Gateway & 63rdThe receptionist( Sharon or Sandra can't remember) was so accommodating and got us in as soon as we arrived in Edmonton.

Forgot to install the windshield molding, then couldn’t even get it right on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd attempts thereafter. Not impressed. Especially after what they were charging for the job. Sorry lads!

We had seven of our house windows, insulated glass units, replaced last week. The units are made locally in Crystal’s facility. They are excellent quality. The master installer, Gordon, did a fabulous job. We are very pleased and we will be ordering more later this summer. I am proud to support our local Edmonton companies.

I made an appt to have my windshield replaced and from my very first point of contact with the manager to when I picked up my vehicle- it was exceptional customer service.Karen took the absolute best care of me via phone and in person.I would absolutely recommend THIS location to anyone looking for great service.Way to go Crystal Glass team- despite all the negative out there today, you have reminded me that great customer service is still available.Thank you.??

The windshield they installed had a rare manufacturer defect, causing a visible crack that I noticed after activating the wiper blade heater element. This happened nearly 4 months after it was replaced, but when I went back, the manager recognized the crack as a defect and replaced it free of charge. Friendly and knowledgeable staff at the front desk as well!

Swift adjustment on an invoice error. Had patio doors replaced here. Had old sports car windshield glass replaced here. Good people with good service. Glad to support local business and especially a business that has deep roots in the community.
