I just want to say that I find this store is clean and has an appealing look with very nice displays.There's so many businesses that has little to no friendly customer service.Crown Vapour is NOT like that. My repeated visits have always been very pleasant. The greating is sincere and very friendly. They really make me feel welcome and the service is impeccable.Kyra and Nathan are awesome and don't mind spending time with customers. This isn't just my experience as I have witnessed how other customers get treated.Thank you Crown Vapour for providing a very nice vape store which is appealing, friendly and great service.Greg

I came here because I forgot my refill bottle at home and just needed something for the night since I wouldn’t be home until late, and they sold me an expired disposable. It is March 17 2023 and this expired Jan 11 2023. So disgusting. I will not be back

Paid for 5 bottles to come through mail. Never came, called multiple times and was never given any clarification, just that it was "sent". It's been a month now and nothing. Cancelled my order, will go back to ordering from river city.

Good selection of vapes. Got a couch and arcade machine inside so you can chill there covid-depending. Staff is friendly and knows their stuff.

Paid 22 something for the exact coils that are 17.95. Looked on site previously before going thought I'd get some juice as well. Nope. Don't have what I saw on site. I will continue to support, steeped monkey brains, Daawwgs vape house, digital imports, lifestyle ecig, Park vape, Oil city vapes, River city vapes, vapour choice, when I can, won't be returning to this crown vapour vape shop.
