This dealership is the worst I've had experience with. They ordered a truck for me took off features. Told me too late can't change it now. Didn't change price or anything. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from them. 0 stars.

I recently was in Edmonton for work and dropped my truck off for some recalls Vanessa Williams my service advisor was excellent to deal with she kept me up to date on a regular basis on were they were on the service of my truck as well she was very professional I would recommend Crosstown Dodge for any service work needed on your vehicle

This dealership has to have some of the worst “customer focused” service. From their sales guy Hati, who doesn’t understand the words “max I can afford,” following me out into service to harass and ultimately offer me a more expensive truck…. I was left to deal with their service dept for a cam/lifter issue.Received a quote for $8500 (about $3k higher than the dealer down the road), and after agreeing to a discount and going forward, I was told the engine is now unfixable and requires a $20,100 engine replacement. On a 2015 Ram 1500 with 212k. I said no, I’ll tow it outta there. But they held it hostage till I paid the $2100 they say was required to “diagnose” the unfixable state.At no time did my service writer Vanessa attempt to work WITH me, and flat out lied the tech took my bumper/clip off to do the repairs. I paid for them to stare at the engine and throw their hands up. The work they implied was done is very clearly not done, I have initiated an Amvic claim and will attempt to recoup some costs.If you can, go anywhere else. Call anyone else. Read the other reviews (I acted hastily and didn’t, chose them based on proximity to my job). Save yourself.

Humility, honesty/transparency, and good customer service goes a long way. I always put myself in other people’s shoe. I always push myself to give the kind of service I expect to get. If you’re the type of business people who always think about the money you’re going to lose for giving a decent service, slowly you will lose customers and everything will follow through.With the kind of service you provide speaks a lot about the kind of management you have. Don’t expect your terrible service will never backfire.I sincerely do not recommend this dealership to anybody.

Had the best experience here! They really go above & beyond to make sure your vehicle needs are expertly taken care of. The customer support at the service side are amazing. Lydia & Vanessa were huge helps in making the process of taking my vehicle in a breeze, could not recommend them more!!

Delivered a vehicle at Crosstowns request. Agreed to them reimbursing my money. Been over a month and nary a peep from them (like I'm going to forget). Run around from salesbum HENRY. Calls from other salesbums hoping I would put money in their pockets. NOT A CHANCE. At least not with them. Where is MY MONEY. 0 STARS. AVOID THEM LIKE THEY WERE THE ORIGIN OF COVID, is best advice for any of you. 0 STARS. 0 trust. 0 dependability. Zero. Zero. Zero. Never again.
