I took my car here after a collision and they were kind, understanding, and they take the thinking out of getting your car fixed. I also loved the texting option to get updates.

Shoutout to Aboody and Laura for the amazing customer service! I was a very demanding customer but they took care of me - answered all my questions and concerns. On top of that, they did a great job with the repair. Would def recommend this place!

We recently had an accident, where we were rear-ended and had quite some damages. Our insurance company directed us towards Craftsman Collision. At first, we were quite put back by the many negative reviews we read here. With mixed feelings, we took our car to be inspected. With what we experienced, it is hard to imagine where all the negative reviews come from.
At first we were greeted by one of the friendliest and yet professional people you will find in any business. He inspected our car thoroughly and pointed out all the areas he felt needed repairs. He then took us through the whole process of how the repair would happen, that we would be provided a rental car for the time, how the process with the insurance would work, and what we could expect when we got our car back.
We agreed to the repair quite impressed with the impression Craftsman had made on us. They kept us in the loop how long it was taking to get the parts and then when we dropped off our car, sent us regular updates via text on how things were going. They also responded promptly to any inquiries I had.
When the car was finished, it really looked brand new. They had also thoroughly cleaned it in and out. All repairs have a lifetime warranty.
All in all, this was a first class experience and I can encourage people to not overthink the many negative reviews here. Rather go in and form an own opinion.
Hopefully we will never need their services again - but should we get involved in another accident, we will be happy to return here to have our car fixed.

Many 1 star reviews on this business page for a reason. Insurance should not be allowing or recommending this place as one of their designated shops. Horrible communication and waste of time.

I took my vehicle in there for repair by my insurance company big mistake I was told the job would be two weeks it's now the beginning of November Everytime I would follow up with anything it was always a different story or some excuse they costed me money alot of money with a rental company to as well lousy customer service still do not have my vehicle back and it's been 6-7 weeks absolutely ridiculous will never ever send a vehicle back there

If you have a choice do not let these people handle your car. They will do shoddy repair then will delay until you get tired of following up. In the end they will not own to their mistakes and will blame you for car issues post repair.

I had brought my car here because it was recommended by my Insurence company. This was a mistake as I should have read the reviews for this place. I have damages to my car caused by the technicians at craftsman.
I have exposed wires in my trunk that doesn’t close properly since it’s been in their shop. I have to slam it to make it stay closed and now have damaged one of my tail light lenses closing it hard.
There is bubbling/dents in the wheel well where they did the work.
It still doesn’t drive properly and has a clunk in the front end witch was not there before the accident as I mentioned to the guy who looked at my car!
They were supposed to do an alignment witch I see they charged my Insurence company for but the car zig zags all over the road telling me that one was not done. Also they were supposed to put my new tires on witch they didn’t. They were still sitting in my car when I picked it up. I would have just left them at home so they wouldn’t stink up my interior if I knew they were going to just decide not to do it after being promised.
They damaged an inside moulding piece for my door and tried to cover it up with some 2 sided tape instead of replacing the 3 dollar part that THEY damaged.
They said they were going to replace the one wheel that was damaged but that doesn’t look like it was done as there is still marks from where the other car hit me on the one rim.
My car was covered in brown dust on the inside when I picked it up and obviously had just been sitting outside unlocked with the windows off in their lot for months. I’m afraid of what else I’m going to find as I take a closer look at my car. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone and will be speaking with my insurance company about the people they recommend.
Stay away from this place as there are plenty of reputable body shops in Edmonton that have certified techs that will fix your car right without causing further damages.

I've never cared to do a review until now. I strongly recommend not using this company to fix your vehicle. There has been nothing but problems and the customer service is poor. My truck has gone back five times since having it.

It's not a service, it's complete rubbish. After the accident, the insurance company sent the car to this service for repairs. Some of the work is low quality. And the other part of the work has not been done, since the service has been waiting for spare parts for four months and feeds them with breakfast. Bypass this service tenth way.

We used Craftsman at the recommendation of our Insurance company, they got us in right away and kept us well informed at every step. The repairs were perfect and done ahead of schedule, and the clean job they did? My 4 year old car looks brand new! 100% would recommended, just hope we never have to use them again.Services: Body & Trim

Had body work done after collision with aftermarket parts which is fine for cosmetic work except muffler system was damaged and the aftermarket muffler was so noisy from inside the vehicle it was unbearable to tolerate.They then installed an original OEM muffler which fixed the problem except I was charged a betterment fee which I think is wrong as they are the ones that went out to obviously a cheap supplier and bought a unsatisfactory muffler system and before ordering it did not say anything about a betterment fee.I first went into the office the day they were installing the replacement the manager or his assistant wouldn't even acknowledge me.I went back after the installation and the same reception no acknowledgement or no thank you for my business or nothing.I will never go back and I tell my friends and other acquaintances about my story and they to say thanks and will never patronize the establishment.
