Went in to get my tires put on and everything went well with the actual installation. In their notes, and when I picked up my keys/car they told me my locknut would be in my cup holder however I found it in my trunk behind my old set of tires. was not impressed

Went in for a battery return, great experience no hassle, they looked up my purchase as I couldn't find the receipt. Quick and easy .

Fantastic service! Fit my car in without an appointment because of an annoying feature of blinking interior lights while running when a tpms unit isn’t working. Made a mistake installing the new one (that I already had) but *completed acknowledged it right away* when I brought it back the same day. Under $20 total! (No charge the second time). Incredible! The people at this place are wonderful.Also, for the few customers that came in and were mean, please recognize how inexpensive their service is already, treat the employees with respect, and don’t look for an even better deal.

I was at costco tires on Nov 24 -2023 to change winter Tires for my car.I appreciate tthe tires department staffs at 12450 149 st. Taylor and Lima are the best. Especially I would like to say thank you Taylor for your help and service. I recommend costcoTires at12450 149st..

They charged me for a repair, they couldn’t do the repair but wouldn’t refund me the money as they claim the money is to look at the tire? Ridiculous, won’t be back!

You have to book an appointment at least a month before and arrive 15 minutes early. So you arrive on time and they ask you to wait almost 3 hrs for a seasonal tire change. They said they were short on staff, really at this time of the year?

Gaylene & the team at 149 Str Costco Tire Centre are world class. They always go above & beyond even during the busiest time of seasonal tire changes. I appreciate their hard work & attention to detail every time I come in for my tire change.

Costco is already a leader in so many ways, but I was not prepared for the quality of customer service and value of purchasing tires here. No only were the staff friendly, efficient and took time to explain the benefits of the tire centre - they also were able to book me in the very next day because my tires were in stock. Luckily there is also a current (ending next week) sale/rebate offer on top of already having the best price possible on the tires I chose. Look into the 5 year perks of getting your tires at Costco! Thank you Gaylene and staff for such a smooth experience!

I like shopping at Costco and this location is no exception. Historically I would visit this one as it was close to my old union office but we still sometimes come here when we're in this area of town. As it isn't the Costco I'm most familiar with, sometimes we spot things here we wouldn't otherwise but it isn't quite organized the same as our preferred Costco location so that sometimes hampers our experiences. There is a huge parking lot and it is a bit awkward to access from the street given the land configuration/road configuration but it is a pretty decent place to shop, just like any other Costco!

great price and service, if you dont have ama member, this is a great place buy your new tires and do the install. they have lot of addition service. same money buy you get better products and extra service.
