I recently moved from Toronto to Camrose and after having a reliable and professional mechanic back in Toronto, I was nervous about finding someone new I could trust. A friend recommended Jomy at Cosmo Auto Services, and Im so glad I went there for my auto inspection.
From my first visit, I had a great experience—Jomy and his team were friendly, honest, and didn’t push any unnecessary repairs. I now go to him regularly, even if it means driving from Camrose to Edmonton. The quality of his work and fair pricing make it absolutely worth the trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for complete, affordable, and trustworthy auto service!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cosmo Auto Services, and I must say, they truly live up to their reputation as one of the best auto repair shop in city.
The service was prompt, and the quality of work was great. It’s refreshing to find an auto repair shop that values honesty and customer satisfaction as much as Cosmo. I highly recommend them to anyone in need good and skilled car repair or out of province vehicle inspection.

They are honestly the best! Professionalism, great communication, honesty. I got my wipers fixed here and the owner was very honest. When they weren’t sure what was wrong instead of just keeping my car he communicated with me and advised me on what to do. At the end of the day my car was fixed and I’m so happy with their service. I totally recommend!!

Brought my car in for an inspection. They were prompt, polite, up front with the cost of the inspection, communicative, and even sourced some needed parts from a wrecker for me instead of just ordering straight from the dealer for convenience, which I consider going above and beyond and saved me a significant amount of money. I am very happy with the service I recieved and would definitely go back if I needed work done in the future.

I recently posted a review detailing my experience with Cosmos Auto Services, and their response was disappointing but not surprising, as it reflects the very attitude I encountered in person. Their reply contained false accusations, turning the narrative to paint me in a bad light instead of addressing the issue professionally. If I had entered their premises illegally as they claim, they are fully within their rights to take legal action, which they have not. This alone speaks volumes about the accuracy of their statements.
Moreover, they mentioned that my vehicle had been sitting for a year—an admission that further raises questions about their management. A vehicle doesn't just sit for a year without reason, especially when it's entrusted to a service center. The fact that they allowed it to remain without resolution or proper communication is a reflection of their inefficiency and disregard for customer service.
Cosmos Auto Services should focus more on addressing customer concerns and less on deflecting responsibility. This experience has left me with serious doubts about their professionalism and integrity, and I hope this feedback encourages them to rethink how they handle customer interactions moving forward.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Cosmos Auto Services for quite some time and have always valued the relationship we had. However, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I brought my truck in for specific repairs, and unfortunately, the issue I asked them to fix wasn't properly addressed. Not only that, but after the service, new problems surfaced that weren’t there before.
To make matters worse, when I went to sell my truck, I discovered that the value had significantly dropped due to the poor quality of the repairs. I had trusted Cosmos Auto Services with my vehicle, but their lack of professionalism and skill has cost me more than just money – it’s damaged the trust I had in their services.

I’m a new driver and went to Cosmo with my first vehicle.It was a really good experience with Cosmo auto services. They have went through all the inspections to see the status of my vehicle.Genuinely they explained me what needs to be done and why. They did the work done really fast and the price is affordable as well. The service was overall very good
