Staff is rude and not helpful. I asked for 18mg juice and he sold me 20mg and refused to exchange when I haven't left the store. Definitely do your own research and don't pay until you can confirm the juice in your hand.

I love cool vape, before I found them, I was paying almost double for my products. More than fair pricing and great management and staff.

The place used to have good vape juice but it sucks now. The taste is way off Plain disgusting compared to the juice that they made and sold before. It's also as thin as water runs straight through my coils which never happened when they were making it thicker so it didn't pass right through the coils and make a hell of a mess. All they have done is lose a long time customer. I strongly recommend going somewhere else and not waist your time or money at cool vape. Not worth one star but was forced into giving them that one just to warn others. A NEW REVIEW: Things are back they way they used to be. New staff that's friendly and knows what is going on compared to the last pair behind the counter. Main thing is that the vape juice is back to being some of the best.

The staff are RUDE!!!!! The juice here sucks and tastes like dish water, so bad I had to rethink my entire life and wanted to quit vaping. Store is lame staff are grumpy, take like 3 chill pills and then clock in. The second you walk in you will feel the energy shift…almost like a portal to hell awaits you, if you want to survive another day on this earth avoid this establishment at all cost. You have been warned.

Used to live in the area and went here often, the staff was friendly and helpful and they always had what I needed. Despite moving further I continued to use cool vape but since a change of staff, the customer service is down, they are annoyed by your lack of knowledge instead of being helpful and they are always out of stock on the items I need. I will not be back

My friend and I went to the coolvape in and the person who works there was the most lovely person. very pleasant, kind and very helpful! helped me find exactly what I needed (even though I had no idea what to choose lol). definitely recommend this place if you on the market for vape also amazing service! !
