When my laptop randomly stopped working, I initially took it to Best Buy and they said they couldn't help me, then called the manufacturer and they told me it would need a $1300 replacement part. I was skeptical anyone could help and was about to buy a new laptop, but Gemal had it working again within 15 minutes! “Staff are very nice...but my experience was not great after I left the store.....Went in and Spoke with Peter. Everything was great. He looked at my iPad said I'd get a replacement at no cost because it was covered-no problem. I don't live in Edmonton so he said that's okay-call apple Care, and they would mail it to me instead of mailing it to the store and gave me some numbers, and I got an email.1) they sent it to the store..2) He FAILED to mention that I'd have to put over a grand deposit down if I choose for them to mail it to me..So now I've been on the phone for over an hour sorting this out... After over an hour someone (some nice person shay was able to help me out and get this sorted... and offer me a 3rd option).. it was all an unnecessary headache... clean commutation is key!!!”
“We recently purchased a big screen tv at this location, brought it home and the screen was completely messed, see photo :) Two hours till the playoff game and we just wanted to watch! We packaged it back up, and took it back 30 min or so after purchasing it. Walked in with the tv in box and immediately was greeted and helped - the greeter recognized us immediately. Showed them the issues via the photo. The TV department salesman found us the closest one, as there were none of the same in stock. He made sure all the specs we needed were covered in the new tv. All the employees were helpful with the process and we had no issues. Back home, with the TV up with plenty of time to sit back and watch the game. Thank you!!!”
