It's such a beautiful part of the downtown core and post-Covid, it's equally disheartening this is so empty. It still manages a wide variety and eclectic group of tenants and has some of the best food available with one of the best restaurants in the city, that being LUX Steakhouse. If you find yourself fortunate enough to be in downtown Edmonton, this is a place you should check out.

Worked here for 6 months. Accessible and walk friendly building.

Was struggling to find my van in the park-aid. Asked a man working on fixating a hand satirizing station if he could help. His name was Mane and he was extremely pleasant! He walked with me in the park aid until I found it which was very helpful! Pleases they have staff like him working here

My first visit to Commerce Place since 2020 and disappointing in that what used to be a vibrant busy corridor for access to Manulife Bldg is no more.. the hustle and bustle at lunch hour has evaporated, even one of a kind chocolate in Edmonton, Sweet Lollalooza, chocolatier Brett Roy, international award winner - Canadian silver medal for his Pure Nacional confection echoed imminent closure. No more tastings or a wide variety of chocolates like before due to lack of business. Starbucks and Chopped Leaf still stand but didn't seem busy.. no doubt many having transitioned to work from home so the traffic is just not there with impact on customer service!!. Having accessed Commerce Place regularly every work day 2017- 2019, I was nostalgic for the hustle and bustle of prepandemic times..

Like a modern day Egyptian Temple, I used to roam the corridors and stairwells then I became a businessman. Didn't quite climb the corporate ladder though, apparently such Sky People live above this place. Good memories at Commerce Place. Great Architecture!

Security needs to step up around, outside and inside the Time Hortons. Many homeless and a lot of beggars. Many are abusers and under the influence. I come here almost every day and watch staff be attacked and bothered. These people become angry when not given freebies. I am constantly being asked for money or cigarettes. I dont smoke or carry money. They can be somewhat upset when you say you have nothing. The staff is constantly abused. I’m finding it very scary to go here and I would walk a little further and go into the mall but there it’s usually long line ups. Please do something like installing a full time security guard inside the store. I’m sure the staff and customers would feel alot safer

Much classier safer and easier experience than the mall across the street for whatever reason . Just has a different vibe and safer feel
