Happy to be their 100th reviewer. Flew into Edmonton last afternoon and wanted to have close to 150 pages photocopied so emailed and called earlier. The respondents Michael and Julia/Yulia were courteous, friendly and had my items ready before my arrival. They also took care to understand my needs and recommended options for me for the weekend when they were closed. This is how you do Customer Service. 10/10!

Been coming here for a while but like other people, I see focus on people with small orders is not there, i am waiting an entire week now for simple orders unders $100. the CSR staff is trying to accomidate but the policy has their hands tied, frustrating as it seems they laid off staff and now dont have the manpower. I've seen qualified skilled people come and go from that workplace and it's no surprise they can't hold onto them.

Great experience using College Copy downtown. They were able to accommodate us last minute to print a bunch of memorial cards. They turned out beautifully! Their service, quality and attention to detail were very much appreciated.

Great quality printing and good customer service. They had accidentally underquoted me when I had ordered, but were very kind and agreed to honour the quoted price when I came to pick up my printing- for that reason I would recommend this print shop! Also convenient parking especially for downtown.

Had to stop giving them business after years because they became rude and didn’t care to read extremely basic instructions. Their apathy to customers and carelessness with jobs makes them not worth your time. They also tried to charge me ten times the amount that they charged for an identical job a few days before. Don’t go here.

I've tried a number of times to get this place to help me do some printing and it appears maybe I don't meet their criteria like not being some big company or not the right color? or whatever the reason I find it very discriminating, if not, not very professional. Keep in mind "No one is above common courtesy". Have a good day!

Terrible service. First I went to their south side location, only to find out there is no south location anymore and they failed to update on their website (see picture). When I called the downtown location number and explained what happened, there was no apology. Then I asked if they can print table size signage for display, the gentleman on the phone said they had two kinds, and if I go to the downtown location he can show me both options. So I went, and the man who greeted me did not know what I was talking about, and nobody else seemed to. I told him I had called around 2pm, and called the number again and their phone rang, but he did not find out who it was I spoke to. I had planned my day around to visit this shop in both locations, and am very disappointed in my experience.
