The worst customer service in probably the whole city. Today I was met by dikshika and Tyler, both liqour clerks...they followed my sister and I in the store.. Just to end up turning us down at the counter when we showed ID.. they were very rude and not understanding. I'm not sure what they thought was going on. We also we there 10 minutes before closing.. so they created a major hastle making us go to another store. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Find another liqour store.

Great products in great staff. Will not be coming here very often anymore now that they removed the Wednesday discount day and didn't tell anybody that it's only once a month now. Classic corporate greed at its finest wouldn't be bad if your prices were competitive but they're very high unless there's a sale.

First and foremost , Ravneet is an absolute breath of fresh air.I can’t remember a more exceptional, gentle ,personable person in retail in my 63 years. Just a gem. The staff in general are extremely knowledgable , and willing to stop everything to go way out of their way to be helpful. Love this little store. We won’t shop anywhere else.

Was just there to return a bottle.....bought the wrong one by mistake and I was unable to find my receipt....the two guys working when above and beyond and did some digging.....found my transaction and helped me make the return. Great staff everytime....this time just stood out in my mind cause they didn't have to take the time to help, but did.

The staff at the store are amazing. They provide awesome customer service. Ravneet makes every visit a pleasure. The prices are very reasonable and the store has a great selection of wine.

Unforgiving on ID policy. Corporate was more polite than interaction at store. I assume not all employees are difficult. Will not return.

Best prices can be found at any Co-op liquor store!! Honestly the prices of the products from the distillery I work for, are literally less than a dollar more that the price we sell them for! I always tell people to shop here. I also love their selection of local craft beers!!

Clean and friendly staff. Plenty of parking but usually more expensive then a near by competitor (only experience with beer). The Wednesday "spin to win" a certain percentage is great but it's only for non sale items FYI. Just watch the flyers as they do have some great sales that even competitors can't best.

Superb customer service, excellent selection and knowledgeable staff. Scratch cards to get discounts on the first Tuesday each month plus spin the wheel discounts every Wednesday.
