Terrible service from supervisor Sahil!!! Went to this location to specifically get a car wash. But car wash closed at 7:15 PM instead of 10 PM. Went into the store and politely ask to move the closed sign or give a car wash credit to wash later. Cause I bought monthly pass for car wash. The supervisor Sahil is not trained well and rude. He refused to give any help but told me I could go to another location which 10KM away. Very poor customer service from this Windermere location!

Refused to acknowledge that there was anything wrong with their pumps. Got gas this morning and when I arrived my vehicle said 10km to empty, got back in my car and started it and it still said the same thing. Went into the store and to tell them and they refused to acknowledge the issue and expected me to pay again. Save your money and go to Shell across the street, had zero issues there when I got gas. Terrible customer service.

If you want a deal on car wash’s this is the place to get them. Good deals and the line moves pretty fast.My truck looked great after the wash though the weather got warmer and you can’t tell I even cleaned it now!

Staff seem good. Car wash deals are good.Unrelated to the store but someone is gonna die at this location because people keep cutting through by the gas pumps to avoid the 4 way stop on the way to Movati or ShoppersThe Manager should be aware as should customers. Report license plates to EPSUPDATE JAN 2ND. The attached video shows new stop signs put in which makes no sense for a group of people who can't drive anyway.

Went to this location to specifically get a car wash. Topped up with gas and purchased car wash only to find when attempting to enter the car wash it was not working. Went into the store and politely ask to have the car wash credited back to my credit card . Was told by the cashier. That he could not and I could come back. I said that was not an option and I would like my card credited. He refused and told me I could go to another location 9 km away. Very poor customer service!

I love this gas station and what it stands for: Community. They always have these fun promotions like the car washes for a good cause etc. Staff are always so nice and helpful!

When I went in just now some lady was just freaking out and arguing incessantly with the cashiers over something, demanding their name and number and their manager's name and number. It looked like she was trying to return something without a receipt? I don't know what they did "wrong", but even if they messed up (which I honestly doubt-- the lady sounded incredibly entitled from the conversation I overheard), I don't think anyone deserves to be treated so aggressively in the first place? The workers were acting very calm and professional despite being verbally harassed, so I'm giving a good review because they clearly have reasonabley nice people employed here.
