I bought a propane bottle at the co-op gas station in the Orchards. The lady filled the gas but she made a mistake and the bottle was only partially filled. She apologized and gave me a coupon for the next filling of the propane tank for $5. That was ok. It was a few month ago. Today I get to the gas station and a nice lady filled up my propane tank. All good. I went inside to pay and want to use my coupon ( I got from this place because they made a mistake last time) towards the bill. Another lady told me they don’t accept this coupon anymore since May. Excuse me, there is no expiration date on the coupon I got and no announcement about it!!!! I want to use it and didn’t except this decision because I want to use the coupon in good faith. I got this because the last Co-op employee made a mistake and that was their way to apologize. And now they say, well we made a mistake by filling your tank and gave you the coupon but we don’t honor it!! What is this for a shady business practice!!!!! The lady told me I could call the manager and discuss it with him but they don’t accept it. No thank you, why should I fight and get even more upset about something what I am actually entitled to!! That’s not worth my health!!! I told them I pay my propane for sure but I will never come back is this store. They lost a customer over $5 coupon they gave me to make something right what they did wrong and then don’t accept it anymore. The manager should get praise for his decision and making a customer leave about something like this!!!! Great job!!! The ladies were nice and they were not allowed to honor the coupon. Well I guess the manager had all business classes he needed to get that position. But when you are not right you are just not right, and you better acknowledge that!!!
On the end the lady gave me a wash coupon for my car for this. Because she felt bad for me. BUT: with my car I can not use it. Useless. And that’s not the point. We had half an hour discussion and anger about incompetence of a manager decision. To make it clear again, you lost a customer over minor stuff. I will spread my experience for sure. Bad business, sorry!!!?

I've visited this location once. I needed to use the washroom and so I tried the door and it was locked so I asked for a key. There wasn't a key and I was told their could be someone using it. I waited and heard a door unlock, without anyone exiting. The gentleman told me I could use their washroom now. I used it cause I had to pee, however as a woman, I was terrified I was going to be automatically locked in there (electronically).

I was at this location recently and witnessed a man who appeared to be passed out/in distress in his vehicle and a worker was asking him if he was ok, but he was not responding. I asked if he had called 911, he responded with no and then proceeded to walk away. I asked the attendant inside to call 911, she responded with "I will ask my co-worker to when he gets back". I went back outside to the vehicle and called the ambulance. Obviously their staff doesn't care.

Today on23 April 2024 around 9:45 i went to wash my car at co-op car wash 6765 25 Ave SW, Edmonton, AB T6X 1A1 . There is only 1 car in q and this car entered inside car wash around 9:48 pm but they did not let me in I requested but they are very rude , very bad service, the last car done by at 9:52 pm .don't understand why they close car wash lane before 10 pm. One time i went there by 9 pm they already closed the lane.very disappointed.Before i used mint smart car wash their service is very good if you go there before 2 minutes to close the car wash, they let you in, very bad experience with co-op car wash 6765 25 Ave SW, Edmonton, AB T6X 1A1

Please, before you put the sign "closed car wash" , you must to mark it as closed on the car wash app, don't let us to go there and just you said the car wash not working, thank you

I came here today at 9:35 but they already closed the bay (it closes at 10). There were just 3 cars in line I easily could wash my car here, but they didn’t let me do it. It’s terrible service.

I only really go to this place to get my car washed. My family bought the monthly subscription, which includes 2 washes per day. The wash doesn't ever fully clean the cars. I went through the wash in my small car (Mazda 2 hatchback) and the dryers ripped off one of my roof molds. I went into the store to ask someone for help with it, they took pictures and promised that someone would call me. I got an email about it a week later and they claimed no liability for my car. This seems really unreasonable because their wash isn't supposed to break things and it clearly was broken during the wash. I'm guessing it wasn't designed for smaller vehicles

February 4 2024 I went to co op gas station for gas and car wash 9.30pm. Store close 10pm. Cashier on duty with out glasses told me car wash is closed he LIE TO ME .I see after me pe people was doing car wash. Very sad he lie to me. This person is NOT helping co op gas station. I will never go back to this location again. I sit outside and watch 9.45 pm people come after me they was washing there cars and he lier told me 9.30 pm car wash is closed. I have pictures as proof. Shame on him.

Nothing bad to say, new location, convenient location and hours, nice store, friendly staff. Comes complete with a candy shop- who could ask for more than that in a gas station/convenience store???
