The only disadvantage is that there are more clothes in a woman's section than in a man's section. I could describe it as if for women it's quantity over quality and for men, it's quality over quantity.”

“I had purchased a pair of Levi’s from CrossIron Mills while I was passing through back to Edmonton, and found a flaw in them when I arrived home. I brought them in to exchange at this Levi’s and although they didn’t have the jeans I was looking for in my size, Cameron was able to sell me another pair of jeans and also find the store with my size and stock available for the exchange. Highly recommend the store, the customer service was excellent!”

“I have been shopping at UNTUCKit (West Edmonton Mall ) since the spring of 2022 and have purchased many shirts since then. This year I have lost a large amount of weight and all my 'old' shirts were much too big. I decided to stop in on Easter weekend and see what size I was now.After some chatting the sales rep Josh had mentioned that they have an exchange policy and I could just bring in my old shirts and trade up for new ones. This didn't seem possible, what kind of company does this for its customers? This past Saturday I took in my old shirts, picked out some new ones and got gift cards for the remaining credit.
