Very unkempt Circle K. There is always something broken. Pump, Froster Machine, Freestyle machine, air hose... they are all frequently not functioning. Staff seem too busy on their phone to bother doing anything.

Multiple times these guys have charged me for gas but I can't fill up and they put the money back on the credit card, however it's a business credit card and it just messes with the business statements. It's happened three times year and I'm tired of getting into trouble from my boss because these guys don't know how to properly charge for gas.

Won’t let customers use the washroom even tho this is against company policy. Turned away a pregnant lady in dire need to pee. I hope he stubs his toe and it hurts.

Worst Gas station in general. They have had their gas at 103.9 the last 5 days while everywhere else is around 97.9. Also one morning I went in at 6am and asked for a coffee and the guys response was "we don't serve coffee at this time". Which was clearly a situation of the guy being too lazy to actually do his job.

Beware. I fueled up at this station on June 30 and my vehicle died a couple hundred meters after leaving the pump. So I went back to the store to talk about the situation and I was told to call head office and I said I wanted to talk to the manager who wasn't around so he called but the manager didn't want to talk to me and I said I wanted to to talk to him after they hung up, so he called again and still the manager didn't want to talk to me, so I said I wanted to document this and I was told again to call head office but they would give me the# . So I finally got in touch with a rep from Imperial oil who started up a claim for me and I was told I would get and answer by the 9 of july. I have yet to hear anything back from anyone about this and I had to do all the work myself and find a mechanic and pay for it all out of my pocket. I was suppose to be on holiday when this happened.b my family and I bought alot of gear for a big trip we had planned for a long time but was unable to do so and don't know if we will ever get another chance. We are now the 27th of July and still waiting.

Went to buy two family size bag of chips 2 for 7.50 brought it up to the counter the cashier took off the sticker and said 10.90 made him call his manager and apparently he also said no then said the price changed this morning then went back and peeled all the stickers off ,went too different location lol

Asked to break change and she said yes although she seemed reluctant and then didn't even attempt to listen to the change I needed then robbed me of nearly 9 dollars on 2 energy drinks and told me that that's the price even though the cooler said differently. Not impressed, this is the worst customer service I've ever had.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you have a sign up and it says 2 for 5 then that's the price or you take down the sign. When I said something she said I was wrong, left the counter and removed the sign. Then told me there was no sign.

This Mac store was excellent on Slurpees worked other than the renovating area which was blocked off it was tidy staff was friendly always like this location

I wouldn't recommend this location. They have ripped me off twice using an Esso gift card, they don't care about their customers at all. They choose customers over other customers to help.... Very disappointed !
This location doesn't even deserve 1 star...
