I would give 0 stars if I could. Walked into the store to purchase a lottery ticket. Wanted to have Qr code on my phone scanned while holding it. Just as an employee was about to scan it, another guy behind the counter rudely remarked" We don't do that here and if you don't like it you can go somewhere else" . Refused to give me his name but it said "MITTAL" on his employee ID. Last time I walk into this place. Keep the great service up!

Gas prices are always the highest. If u use your pc optimum at superstore esso u get double points back. Not at K circle. The snack and drinks prices are higher than anywhere else. That’s why I don’t come here often.

I did not know getting a slushee could be so bad! As we were grabbing our slushees one of my friend by accident dropped a cup on the floor. Because the floor was so dirty and covered in garbage, he threw it away and grabbed a new one. All of a sudden the worker came over and demanded he paid for that cup! We explained that it was an accident, and the worker replied “not my problem.” The worker was extremely rude and unprofessional and acted like we did something wrong. The worker said we had to pay $1.50 for the empty cup! The worker proceeded to kick my friend out of the store because he did not have enough money to pay for both. My friend was left embarrassed and upset. Extremely disappointing! I hope no one else has to experience this.

They have to train their employees properly about lottery sales. I asked for 2 draws of single quicks picks, which means 1 quick pick on 2 consecutive draws. So, with 6/49 for example, that means 1 quick pick for Wednesday and one for Saturday, but the clerk drew 2 quick picks for Wednesday. So, he did that to me for Lotto Max, Western Lotto Max, 6/49, Western 6/49 and Daily Grand. Arrgh.

Terrible service. Attendant don't know how to redeem points on my pc optimum card for purchasing gas, even the manager don't know, he said max $4 only possible, and he tried by still don't know, please do more training about your services.

A store I frequent often. Usually good, but was just treated more poorly than a dog. I will never go back unless the employee is dealt with. His anger problems will surely lead to some sort of real problems in the future with the wrong people. I urge the store to look at the footage in the hour before this post. His behavior is not becoming for the store.

Terrible service. Attendant would rather play on his phone. Bathrooms have no stock and are very unclean.

The slurpee counter and pop machine were filthy and sticky, all of the cups had dried pop all over them there were so many straw wrappers all over the floor, and to top it off, the cashier rung in our stuff wrong and then argued with us about the price. (We were right) My advice: don't come here if you don't have to.
