I had a disappointing experience with a manager at this Circle K. I requested that he park his car in a different lot because I was gonna deliver product and he was parked just in front of my machine, but he refused. This lack of flexibility and professionalism negatively impacted my visit. I hope management addresses this to improve customer service and staff behavior.
This Circle K location could benefit from better management. The manager’s refusal to relocate his vehicle, despite my request, underscores a broader issue of mismanagement and a lack of understanding of customer service.

This store is close to my home and “24 hours” so it’s convenient as I start work very early in the morning. The people on days / evenings are great but the latest overnight guy… Like he will be doing something and literally make you stand there for long periods of time while he finishes whatever he is doing. I get he’s not going to drop everything and RUN to the cash register but come on, I’m talking 5 or more minutes. Today, June 9th, 2023 at around 04:00 the store was locked and he was inside mopping, about 15’ from the door. I rapped on the glass to get his attention and he turns around, waves at me, and then goes back to mopping?! I waited a few minutes because I’ve experienced his delayed reactions before but he just kept mopping… Like I said everyone else I’ve dealt with there is great so I’ll give them 2 stars, but I honestly won’t be giving them my business anymore because of how this one guy is, hopefully someone reads this and corrects his bad attitude towards customers.

I used to go here quite abit for snacks and drinks and every single time the two boy workers are very rude and overcharged me a couple times The girl who works their is friendly and good but the guys don’t wear gloves while handling food, they won’t acknowledge you standing at the cashier and continue to clean or go in the back before helping you will not be going back to this establishment

Absolutely rude staff!!! I have purchased around 20 or so slurpees this hot season already and have yet to receive free one. The staff at this store was more concerned about how many straws my grandchildren and I took then service! So my Slurpee count at the stores has been all over the place.Its not keeping proper count at all because I should have had several free ones by now! I purchased 3 slurpees today and was told my next one was free....so since I only purchased 2 for my grandchildren and one for my daughter I decided to go back in and purchase my free one. Well wouldn't you believe I walk in and she tells me it's not free after telling me in front of grandchildren that next one was free.Then she snickers at me! I strongly suggest staying away from these rude people. I go to Cirkle K all over the city and have never experienced this treatment!!!!!!

Teach your staff ( Rahul) while counting my pastries in the box to west gloves or atleast with a tissue. Not hygienic at all.

This is one of those reviews when hiring the proper staff is crucial to the image of your business. In the past I have had extremely rude, annoyed and generally dissatisfied staff working at this location. But lately I have found the staff, younger as they are to be much more friendly and helpful. It has increased my desire to come back for snacks, drinks etc at this location over others

Your average Macs.
The only difference is you HAVE to pay at the pump. You can't gas up, go in buy more stuff and pay all at once, which is pretty annoying. So I go to a different gas station every week.
