Before even walking in and going off of just of character, even worse than one star. I was walking towards the store into the block where choice of India, pizza 73, etc. is, attempted to walk across the road when a white car turned into the street I was walking across. If I didn’t see him coming towards me and turn around, he would’ve either hit me or I would’ve been one of those pedestrians who gets within three feet and the car honks it’s horn. I ignore this interaction, see the white car pull into the store, see an Indian man with a black coat walk into the store across think whatever. I’ll deal with it if I have to when I’m inside. Maximum 45 seconds between me and said person walking into store.
I go into the store to see an Indian man with a black coat yelling at the worker behind the till, pretend to grab my stuff while observing this interaction, and then see said man proceed into the back room of the building. More than presumably the owner, going off of how nice his car was to the convenience store and considering how he treated employees upon walking into the store. He left instantly so I couldn’t take pictures of license plate, but I’m sure there’s a name attached to this store. :)
If you’re willing to run people over and portray to customers you’re willing to yell at your employees, I can only guess at how terrible of a business owner and human being you are. Sadly, after going to this store for more than three years since I live just down the road - I believe this store is a complete waste of time. I’m a tradesmen and a father, and I don’t write these comments often but, if you have to go, get your bare necessities and leave.
I’ve had much better service at the 7-11 two minutes down the road and I’m sure it will serve everybody much better considering this store is only about profits, and that’s it.
Almost got ran over by presumably store owner, terrible service, terrible prices, on top of people saying they overcharge children when adults aren’t around. 0/5 stars and how do these people even get the rights to own these stores?

I was just there earlier enjoying an ice cream with my brother sitting at one of the stalls in the corner with the table and CHAIRS there was no sign there that informed us that it was possibly going to be worked on or anything then a person who worked there told us we can't sit there and not in a hey this things being worked on and an understanding kinda tone no just told us we can't sit there and tried to give a faulty reasoning something about adults going to work on it or something apologies I was heated at the moment that I can not remember what was the reasoning, but we just got out, and I said that if they don't want people to sit in their CHAIRS then they should move the chairs.
Now I understand that something's need to be worked and that's fine but just put a sign or something cause it's very dumb that there was nothing indicating that "hey this is being worked on" or maybe move the chairs out of the way and I dunno put them some where else cause then that would give the idea that hey theres no chair and no one will sit in that area

These guys take advantage of people, they’re always trying to upsell stuff to them. They tried to sell my daughter 3 bottles of 2l cokes and said they were a deal for 18$. They’ve even tried up-selling my partner and then he called the lady out because he noticed it wasn’t even a deal. Make sure you always ask for your receipts.

Stood waiting for what I thought was an occupied females washroom. To finally ask if I needed a key and being told, "sorry, it's out of order, can you use the mens". So I go into the men's and the toilet seat is covered in pee, as is the floor and the toilet wasn't flushed. I did not, use the washroom. Then the lady at the cash spoke rudely to me when I checked out. Thank goodness I don't live around here. Worst Circle K out there.

Worst customer service and staff keeps talking in Punjabi thinking customers won’t understand they’re insulting them infront of them. Unfortunately did them I am fluent in Punjabi and understood their remarks

Holy Mackerel! I suggest to change the staff. I went there to grab some scratch cards. I asked the girl if those are the only " crosswords" she said yes. Meanwhile I realized there are more than one kind so I pointed out to her that there are two different kind. Then she start yelling saying" I told you this is all we have" I said ok, you don't need to yell! Last night I went again, that time she was yelling to customers at the self serve station " don't make mess!! Ok as a paying customer i dont need to see people like this at any store! Get her some education about the customs in Canada and the US.

It’s conveniently by my house, but I won’t be returning. Half the time when I go in the promotions aren’t even applied on the drinks (2 for $6, etc.). Today was the tipping point. I grabbed a grape crush slurpee on the way home from work and nearly barfed when I tasted it at home. It literally tasted like dirty wet socks. I called the store to politely let them know to change and clean it so no one else would suffer and taste the nastiness. The response I got was ridiculous. “Oh ok, bye”. Not even an apology, not come get a new one on us. Either would have been a sufficient remedy for the situation, but neither were offered. 0/10 recommend ???? Cya Circle K, I’ll be down the street at 7eleven from now on.

Always get my lottery tickets there and have been pretty lucky. Staff is friendly. Place is clean.

Very rude and disrespectful to kids when they come on their own, and don't mind over charging them. DONT SEND YOUR KIDS or support this location. Shame on you female cashier who tried to scan same item couple times !!!

The customer service was exceptional! The clerk there running the till was efficient and effective. The floors were clean and there was absolutely no issue with any of the slush, pop, or ice cream machines and it all tasted so good! This place definitely has a bad rep with the youngins but that's because they are snobby and have bad parents and they misbehave so much. Please treat these clerks with the upmost respect, they have to put up with your snobby and stuck up kids.
