I’ve been going to this circle k for over 35 years and it has had a few management change overs in this time and I think the recent change over is for the better. Before I would go in to that store and feel uncomfortable because no one was there to greet anyone and there would always be two employees behind the desk watching videos on there phone and being rather close to each other. Made it awkward to want to go to the counter to make a transaction. Since the take over it took them a bit to get into the groove of things but I feel more welcomed for the most part whenever I do choose this store to go to. There is two night shift guys and one is very grumpy and not to approachable and it’s an awkward silence when I’m in there but the other guy Prat I think his name is a great conversation and makes you feel welcome. Plus he has his own cultures accent and a bit of a British accent which is pretty neat. On these days I don’t mind going to this store. As well the manager and the day time lady are super nice. Although I do wish they would bring back more variety at the hot dog bar and get more variety of hot foods to enjoy but overall it’s a good store.

Used to be a great place. Convenient. Even if the prices were a bit high. They went under new management, and since, can't keep their shelves stocked at all. No good selections for anything. Prices are crazy. $7 for a bag of chips you can get for $4 any where else. IF they even have them, or any shelf item for that matter. Don't know why some one would buy the place if they can't afford to run it properly, or run it competently anyway. Only good thing are the employees who do their best with what they got and are friendly and polite. Good people, earned the place the second star.

I mean it’s a convenience store so I don’t expect much. I go here every now and then for a snack or a cold drink customer service is fine not exactly friendly but they answered my questions properly without sarcasm or being rude so yeah.

Smaller circle k but it serves its purpose is suppose .. not alot around that area so it is good to have a convenience store

Regrettably, my recent visit to Circle K left much to be desired, leaving me to share my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. The store lacked hygiene to a health hazard amount; the hot and ready food is never replaced, the fridges are not kept at an accurate temperature that the food should be kept at, and there was a cockroach by the slurpee machine. The issue extended beyond aesthetics to the quality of their products. There were items that appeared past their prime, and the lack of variety in the product offerings was disappointing. It seemed as though there was a lack of attention to maintaining fresh and diverse inventory, with poorly maintained shelves and an unwelcoming environment. The quality and variety of products were subpar, and the staff did little to improve the situation. There was a noticeable lack of engagement and customer service. Queries were met with indifference, and there was a general sense that the staff was disinterested in assisting customers. This lack of attentiveness significantly impacted the overall shopping experience. The checkout process was inefficient, where they ended up charging me over the apparent price, robbing me of my assets.The overall presentation of the store did not align with the standards one would expect from a reputable convenience store chain. This store should be shut down or passed on to new owners, because it is giving the circle k chain a bad reputation.

Be careful here! The prices on the shelf don't match the till at all. Off by 70 cents. We pointed it out to the clerk and he simply said "prices change each month" okay, well your stickers are off? He wouldn't change the price for us. Wondering if Circle K knows how this store is handling their franchise? I will be sure to contact them.

If I could give a zero, I would! Staff are rude! It seems that they are not happy to work! 8:00pm of April 3, both staff seems sleepy and are lazy!

They must have had a power outage and all their freezers were off? All the ice cream melted and has been refrozen. None of that product should be allowed to be sold. Bought a pint of Haagan Dasz and it was very obviously melted and refrozen. Just complete freezer burn. The deep freezer is filled with misshapen bars and cones. Popsicles are completely flat. I would be concerned to buy other products like dairy or meat, clearly no care has been given to the quality of their food or safe food handling. Wondering if AHS has stopped by recently? Maybe they should.

Staff spend a lot of time on personal calls and tend to be pretty rude to customers. Also their coffee is EXTREMELY watered down, "dark roast" shouldn't taste like a watered down light roast. Since new management took over, this location has become a complete and utter disappointment. Renovations aren't going to help the problems with this place.

Was in the other day and clearly the new owners have simply stopped caring letting a customer sneeze all over product thinking its ok we are still in a pandemic if you value your health do not shop here
