Unless you want to pay a 3x markup on anything in the store, don't go here.
Almost everything if not everything in that store is around a 2x to 3x price markup for no reason.
A single bag of chips is almost triple the amount at Walmart or Dollarama. They have no good food options despite being a "convenience store". I've been to many countries such as Germany and Japan, where they had actual food options for a reasonable price for late-night workers.
Truly unfortunate what type of "convenience" store this is.

The milk was spoiled because the coolers were too warm . No basic grocery items like sugar, for example. Quality of the store gets worse as time goes on. I live very close but will not go there again. I recommend avoiding this store if possible.

I work a physical job and sweat a lot, stopped here for a slurpee I often come to this location when I’m working in the area. They ALWAYS have an out of order sign on the bath room, probably cause the staff don’t get their own bathroom and want it to stay tidy. One worker did let me use it to wash my hands and face, the next week the female worker tells me it’s out of order when I asked to wash my hands. I told her I used it last week and she says “ now it’s out of order” my point is the customers pay for a service, the money we pay funds the store’s. It’s not my job to fight for the workers to have their own bathroom I understand their dilemma but I pay for something I demand a working bathroom for the customers not just the entitled staff.

They refused to disclose over the phone is they sold a certain nicotine product, stating that “kids call us all the time so we can’t tell you that”. That is not a requirement by law, you are 100% allowed to disclose if you sell a nicotine product over the phone, you’re allowed to advertise it on your store AND website, there are no laws stating you cannot disclose that over the phone. Completely Irrelevant seeing as I’ll be walking into the store with my ID to make the purchase anyways. How hard is it to understand that someone does not want to make a commute while being unsure if the product they’re looking is even there? this was a weird power trip for whoever I spoke to over the phone.
Aside from that, I’ve lived next to this store for a decade, since it was a Mac’s. Over the years the quality of staff have starkly gone down. I’ve been overcharged for items and after looking at said charges and confronting the clerk (this has happened twice, by the way) they either removed the charge and pretended like nothing happened or got incredibly defensive, that second time I just canceled the purchase and walked out. Staff are either always on their phone OR watching you like a hawk as if you’re going to steal, no in between. It’s sad to see how much this store has fallen off. Not to mention the absolute attitude I’ve received when asking about out of stock items. It’s all around terrible now, honestly just buy your snacks at walmart and your smokes at a gas station, it’s less price gougey and chances are you’ll have a way better experience. These franchises are getting out of control with their terrible service.

There is something wrong at this store. First they overcharge for things. They charge over the posted price. As well they are not open 24 hours. They close at 11 at night. I’m not sure what is going on there. My son and I have gone there separately to buy the same things and have been charged different prices.

The morning staff are absolutely horrible there. They sit on their phones talking to people instead of doing their job. 9 out of 10 times they don't give change and will just sit staring at you.I won on a scratch off, wanted to cash it then buy another, told the cashier that about 4 times and she still didn't comprehend that I wanted another scratch off, again just standing there looking at me.If you can't understand the basics of "I'd like a $3 scratch off" maybe you shouldn't work where they sell them.Also keep an eye on pricing. Things will be listed for one thing and ring up at a higher price and they won't do anything about it.

There, I just bought an ice cream box. They charged me $8.49 even though the price tag said $7.49. After a few minutes, I became aware of the situation and returned to the store to inquire about the cause. They simply stated that the pricing had changed the previous evening. But when I inquired why the price tags hadn't been replaced, they didn't even offer a basic explanation or an apology. It wasn't the first time they charged more than what the price tags said. I think of it as a location where I go to shop if I don't have any other options.

Some staff can be very rude toward women. I will drive a bit further for better service especially when it comes to how staff treat my Mother.

The late night staff are very helpful and friendly. Even better at conversations. Store is clean. Although the slushy machine could use a clean. The slushies always come out very liquidy and not a slushy as I like.

HAVE BEEN CAUGHT 4 ATTEMPTED RIP OFF .75 , $1.75, $3.50 AND THE MOST BOLD AND LAST ONE AT $39 ON 4 SPERATE OCCASSIONS - WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF 25 CENTS @ A TIME ON CANDIES OR OVER CHARGE CELL CORD PURCHASE AND TRY TO NOT GIVE YOU A RECIEPT THEN ARGUE AND ACR SHOCKED WHEN YOU CALL THEM OUT.
