I had a frustrating experience at Circle K recently because of an associate named Simran. From the moment I approached her, she seemed rude and dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome. It felt like I was bothering her instead of being a valued customer.
I tried to ask a simple question, but her arrogant attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. It was disappointing, as I’ve always appreciated good customer service. Because of this experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope management can address this and create a more welcoming environment for everyone.

I recently visited the Circle K location and had an unpleasant experience with one of the store associates, Simran. From the moment I approached the counter, I felt a lack of warmth and professionalism. Simran's attitude came off as rude and arrogant, making it clear that customer service was not a priority for her.
Instead of the welcoming atmosphere I expected, I was met with dismissive responses and a general lack of interest in assisting me. This experience left a sour taste and led me to decide to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing to encounter such a negative interaction, especially in a customer-focused environment. I hope management addresses this issue, as a little friendliness can go a long way in retaining customers.

The store is perfect very convenient but the service and staff is terrible. I was there the other day and the lady was staring me down the whole time and was rude to other customers for no reason when they were paying. When I was leaving she claimed I was stealing and saw it all on camera. I told her to check the footage and that I hadn't done anything. She then said I was banned for the store and I could leave. She had no proof and when I tried to defend myself she just kicked me out and banned me.Very dissappointed and from the number of reviews about the service and staff the owner should really look into it and do something about.

The young lady working at the front desk Simran was extremely rude tonight.
I came in to purchase some snacks, as I often do here.
I was trying to load a coupon offer on my phone while browsing and held my phone a little higher to try to get a connection (service in this area is pretty spotty for whatever reason).
The clerk Simran rushed from behind the desk over to me and told me not to video-tape the store cameras…
I had just slightly held my phone in the air face up, not directly pointing it or anything of the like, showed her my screen and that I was just trying to load the page and she dismissed me and walked away without saying a word.
Highly paranoid, and extremely rude service.
It’s even worse considering I am a regular paying customer who comes here every other night.
She has seen me before many times and always has a snappy rude attitude, but not enough for me to write a google review until this experience now.
I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated with the dignity and respect a paying customer deserves.

i came in an hour ago at midnight. Me, a 20 year old white man came to the counter to buy a lighter. The extremely rude and disrespectful young brown lady with glasses asked for ID. I work at a job where i ID over 50 people a day. I have NEVER had to ID anyone for a lighter, who the hell has been ID’d for a lighter? She says “it’s store policy”. whatever so i start to leave to go get my ID and she keeps yelling rude remarks to me as i’m trying to leave. My brown friend who was there with me attempted to buy it. She didn’t ID him and sold it to him right there. So she broke store policy for another brown guy but followed the policy to a tee just to me? at MIDNIGHT??? Racist, Rude, Unruly and truly hateful staff. all for a 3 dollar lighter. what a joke. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the hostile environment

The store is good . Kids love coming here but the staff are not at all welcoming. They kept staring at me whole time and made me feel uncomfortable. They should hire staff who knows how to treat the customers.

my 3 year old daughter was harassed by the employees for taking to long at the ice cream machine while I was in the washroom. This is very inappropriate.

Always tipped. Always asked how there day was. And now I’m getting "banned" for making an ice cream cone. Harassed me multiple times. Should be fired for banning literal kids that mean no harm. I’ve asked to talk to them about my ban but all they do is disrespect me yell at me and say I’m pissing them off? I’ve seen adults trying to get there lunch but delayed because of the managers yelling at kids for doing nothing wrong? Circle k needs to fix there workers immediately

Cashiers and management were extremely disrespectful. I witnessed the indian lady yelling at several teenaged boys for seemingly no reason. She said she would call the police. Absolutely embarassing from what seemed to be "a neighborhood store."
All staff from what i've witnessed, As I was getting a slurpee with my daughter, staff needed to constantly check with their manager "if the person was banned". Staff then had 0 patience and were all incredibly rude.
The manager is also extremely disrespectful and after I took too long to get the card out of my wallet, she constantly sat there with an angry look on her face and was constantly sighing.

Very aggressive, will hit you, threatens to call cops over tiny things such as making a big ice cream etc. should be fired for making nice kids feel unwelcome.

I went here last week and the workers were incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. The kids that seemed to be from the area were polite as can be and every single worker treated them in a super agressive way.

I live down the road iv been going there for over 4 years and the last 60 days since the new guy started the rude tiny skinny rude kid working there we won't be back we drive out of the way to go to petro or 711 now cause the service is so bad now
