Don't support these businesses, especially when they print the sign that their washroom is out of service, you stop at a gas station to use the washroom, grab a coffee and fill gas, and if im in an urge to use ghe washroom sorry i wont buy or support the business!!!!
if this type of mentality continues to take over gas stations in Edmonton???!!!

I stopped by here a month or so ago and was almost charged over $8 for a sandwich. The sandwich was placed on a shelf that said $4, but it had a 'best before' sticker on the top of the sandwich that said 8.XX. When I took it to the till the teller tried charging me $8.XX. I caught it, and explained to the teller what the shelf price was. He didn't even go look at the shelf and refused to discount even tho it was clearly their mistake. I even had a homeless guy come in and check the shelf and come to tell the teller I was right. He was more honest and helpful than the teller. I have never been back even tho I drive by every day.

Employee was unable to figure out how to punch in my gas order. $30 was too difficult to handle. Maybe train your employees better?

Waited outside for 15 minutes and the guy didn’t acknowledge me until 20 minutes later he said the systems are down this new guy working nights isn’t that nice

Do NOT order from this location. I ordered through Skip for lunch and a special treat for my niece. When I called them about the issues (missing items and not following instructions) the guy blamed Skip! Very rude service, guy didn't even ask for my order number to verify

Ever since the new guy started working night shifts the door has been locked, so I am unable to stop by after work (I get off after midnight)This has only been happening recently

I most of the time go to this location and I have to say this location gives the worst customer service in Canada.. every time I go here the staff if I’m their personal cell phones talking rather than helping the customer or have any care for customer service.. staff get rude and bothered when you go up to pay or ask a question, it’s like they don’t want you there.. I have made complaints to the manager and to head office about this and they just don’t care to fix this problem, and because of that I have now decided never to shop here ever again..
