It seems impossible to make an appointment to talk to anyone. Go in person and they tell you to make an appointment online. Go online there might be an appointment many weeks in the future. Call them to make an appointment you go to the voice mail where they promise to call you back but never do.

worst location, the guy that was working at the service this morning swore he couldn’t do nothing for me and that i had to call a number to get help.. Funny that i drove to another branch and they helped me right away. your service suck!! why do i pay 17$ per month to cibc for service and you get paid to help the customers and you dont do ?? its so much more easier to pitch the ball to someone else when its too complicated for your brain eh

I have worked in banking for many years, and I can say with complete honesty that I have NEVER seen people as d*** or as useless as the employees at this branch. They can't complete the most basic of transactions, (even at senior or management level,) and they get mad when asked to perform anything more complex than a cash withdrawal. I don't think there's a rating low enough to accurately portray the incompetence here. When I tried to speak with the manager to get help with a time-sensitive transaction, (relating to an estate settlement,) she actually refused to speak with me. I truly don't understand why anyone would pay these people, (or trust them,) to handle their banking. I hope I never have to do business with CIBC again, and certainly never at this branch.

Me and my cousin brother visited this branch the other day to open an account for my cousin brother who is new in the country. Qinghuo (Evelyn) Yuan was very helpful. She had all the knowledge of her work and was very professional. Willing to help and trying to go extra mile.
