Amanda she is one of the best ladies who.treated me with a smile ? she was so kind too she should get a raise because I neaver had service like this before ill tell my friends about charm Diamond ? centres . I went to the West Edmonton mall to get my promise rings from my boyfriend re-sized and I had to go to 3 different stores before going to Charm. I went to Charm Friday August 23 2024 and the lady said it will be done the next day Saturday August 24 so we went there on Saturday to pick them up and the lady from Friday regret to inform us that she would be off until Monday. The other people told us she wouldn’t be back until Monday but if I call Sunday the rings would be ready. I called Sunday morning and they said they actually don’t have the rings ready yet. I live 10 hours away and we were leaving Monday they wanted to ship them but I didn’t want the rings to get lost so I am like no I am coming to take my rings back and get them done closer to home. So before we left on Monday we went to get my rings back and the lady from Friday still wasn’t there so we had to wait for her to get back and she still didn’t have them. They couldn’t give me the rings back and a refund (it was a large amount of money too) because we used my boyfriend’s mom’s credit card and she wasn’t with us. The lady who was at the store was talking on the phone with the people who were at the store and told them they could have the ring ready to take home in 30 minutes so we had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get the rings resized and in my possession. I was very unhappy with the customer service and the LACK OF COMMUNICATION on the store’s part. The store actually lied to us about timing twice and that is not how to run a business. If I could only write a review and not give any stars I would but I have to give one star. I wouldn’t waste anyone else’s or my money here.
