Extremely disappointed. I bought an engagement ring, and they wouldn’t include the resizing for free. I mean what jewelry store does not include the first sizing for free on an engagement ring? I literally would like to know because Peoples jewelry and others stores right next to it do. The only reason I got the ring was because I liked the style but WILL NOT ever buy something from there again after the experience of being upsold a lifetime warranty just to get the ring resized.

Oh, Grandma Sue! You really are an excellent saleswoman and a lovely person. You made this sale like a pro. I even called the next day and asked if you were working, referencing only the fact that you were a Grandma and worked until 7pm the day before, because I wanted to deal only with you.I had been looking at bracelets online recently, so I wanted to try one on to see if I even liked the concept, and I quickly did. At the first store, it was $13k. At the second, $3.8k. At the third, at Charm, no pun intended, it was $1,649. However, I paid [exactly what I was willing to pay] for it. Suffice to say it is a genuine solid 10k gold bracelet that I really like.Thanks for being such a good sport, Grandma Sue! You are a true salesman's saleswoman. I bought a watch at WEM 20 years ago that I still wear every single day. A watch that receives compliments every few days. You will forever be a part of the bracelet and watch story. Take care and be well!Susan is the manager there, I think you're in good hands. Solid 5-star.

After searching for a ring for my wife for months and months, we came to a decision on a ring at charm. Unfortunately due to a miss sizing of the ring we bought we had to come back. Thankfully while we were in store, we found another ring that my wife liked even more so we decided to exchange it. Susan was a wonderful help. She went above and beyond to make sure that both my wife and I were satisfied. She was very patient with us. Sometimes things don’t go as planned but we’re so happy that it was made right. My fiancé and I purchased my engagement ring from Charm after meeting the WEM manager Bre in store and trying on a few rings a couple different times. We felt welcomed and were happy to share this special time in our lives with a good person and company. The ring was ordered online and we are thrilled with it!This week we returned to the store to look at matching wedding bands for the both of us. We understand it was very busy as it’s close to Christmas, but we were treated like trash by a different saleswoman. She allowed us to look at/try on one wedding band before asking when we needed them by. When we responded that we are 1 year out, but are looking for different options, the saleswoman told us “It’s Christmas, I don’t have time, we’re too busy. Sorry”. She took the ring, locked it up, and walked away. We were genuinely stunned.We walked right out of the store to People’s, also busy, and were treated wonderfully as we both tried on different bands, sizes, brands, and all.Shame on you. We will not be returning in-person or online for any of our wedding items.Bride’s beware, if you’re not dropping cash the moment you step in the door, apparently just leave.

my favorite jerwery store the staff are very helpful and they explained to me if the policy to me I understand they don't want get to wrong person or loose it they wash my rings I am glad I bought my wedding bands here I find there sale fantastic I got my ring fixed and they told me a 5 days I got quicker I got in 3day I am super happy I will be buying more

Going shopping should be a special moment and time in your life figuring that the biggest mall in the world would have something special. We walked around the mall, and she found the ring online that we loved. Unfortunately, only one store in the city has it, and when we walked by look at the picture below, absolutely no respect for the workplace at all and really who sits on a counter in a jewellery store.But returning the next day would be better however, literally, the lady we saw previously was dancing in the middle of the store, like she was in a nightclub.In my opinion, this is not a workplace that someone should be proud of and we have chosen to go elsewhere, but I believe people should know about how they run their business. If I could give this store -10 stars, it would still be too good for it.

One star because of Nancy Naval. I was there to pick up my ring and she start conversation with What stuff you need to pick up in a rude way. I kept my cool and gave her the invoice, instead of explaining me she start insulting me, you signed the document, I need that document else no ring. I was like, the girl who sold me the ring did not tell me anything. I show my invoice and text messages from Charm, she start screaming no ring for you and I was feeling like a scammer. No option, I start screaming as well, give me refund. Instead of calming the situation she start referring me You and start pointing fingers towards me and that's not it! One of her colleague jumped and told me that usually people from my country are nice. That was in so bad taste. I was still asking for refund and they threaten to call security and Nancy Naval was like, I am going to ban you from mall lol. Finally they gave me refund and I left the store.However when I was checking my bank statement last night my refund disappeared. After investigating with bank, I found out that Nancy Naval and crew did not process my refund. They had audacity to steal my money. So, I file the dispute with bank and hopefully I will get my money back asap.Charms please teach Nancy Naval some CSR skills or increase her wage because she was not clearly happy and I am not coming back.

Be verrrrrrry careful with their warranties here. You have to walk through their doors every 6 months for the rest of your life and have it inspected or your entire warranty is void. That was not explained to us initially.A diamond fell out of our ring that was unfortunately custom designed here. We didn't come in for all of the inspections and now it's at our cost, and holy cow is it ever expensive.If I could go back in time, I 100% would've gotten our rings elsewhere.

Last year may my fiancé and I bought my engagement ring. It was a band with no centre stone and I chose a Pearl to put into it. It was beautiful and I loved it when we bought it. After Talking to the sales lady we had decided to put a post in the pear to better secure it on the band. In less than 2 months the Pearl started spinning in the claw. So I brought it back and had it fixed under warranty. We again spoke about this post that would stop it from spinning and coming loose. I picked it up and wore it for another couple of months before it spun AGAIN. And I had it fixed again. Again talking about the post as it seemed it was never put it. The third time the Pearl spun I decided I wanted to replace the Pearl with an Opal (as it didn’t make sense to get it fixed every few months.) so I went in last month and explained the situation. The lady again mentioned the post but as it either hasn’t worked or hadn’t been added, I was adamant changing to an Opal. I received a quote a few days later of about $300. I reminded them my ring should still be under warranty and that I would gladly pay the cost of the Opal but not of the labour as it was not my fault my original ring continued to spin and come loose. After some back and forth we settled on $150. I was told I could come pick up my ring Friday (this was on a Wednesday). Friday came and I drive to pick up my ring, I will admit I should have called first but they had given me a date and time. When I arrived the ring was not ready. The told me they would call me when it was ready for next time. Monday they called me that it was ready. When I saw my ring I was shocked by how it looked. The Opal was beautiful but all the jeweller had done was take the Pearl out and glue the flat Opal to the top of the claw leaving a large gap between the base of the right and the Opal itself. So it was sent away again, the third time I picked up the ring I was rather frustrated by all of this but I was happy with how it looked, even though there was still a small gap between the Opal and base of the ring (which I was told could not be lowered anymore) I’ve had this ring for about 3 weeks now and I still love the look but when I got home today I noticed the Opal is lose in the claw. I’m very disappointed by the craftsman ship on my ring as we spent a lot of money on it. I will be taking it to a different jeweller after the weekend to hopefully get it set properly and enjoy my ring.

If you want any help go to Bree at Charm she is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. The others brush you off and don’t seem to know what day it is. She redeemed my opinion of Charm in one visit after 8 years of terrible experiences.
