Gave them a deposit for an engine. Called them back and told them to hold on as my truck was being re-diagnosed. They went ahead without permission and pulled the engine. I found out we didn’t need it and they refused to return my deposit of $500. Total a$$holes to deal with.

We were heading through Edmonton on aroad trip in our RV and we had a squealing belt. We called Central Auto and they were able to fit us in right away, they ordered the parts they might need before we got there and we're so kind and helpful! 100% recommend, the service was fast, they fixed the issue and cost was reasonable!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff when i called looking for a part for my truck. Price was good. Was on hold for a bit when I called and I seen why when I showed up to get my part. Place was busy!!! Glad I called first, Had to wait for the counter staff to finish trying to help out a customer and from what I could see, the front staff and the helper in the back were going out of there way to try and help an extremely difficult customer. Hats off to them for trying there best. My turn came up, gave my name. They had my part ready, it looked right and worked good. Sending the boys at Central auto all my future business

Would never recommend this place. Called twice and waited two days for them to pull a part of which they said they had. Showed up to pickup, waited 30 mins for them to say they actually don’t have it even after telling me 1 hour before that they had it ready to go. Never going back
