It is near the wedding dress shops, a bit hard to find as it is not at the golden location of the mall, if you take the elevator from homesense|winners to 2nd floor, you can directly find it. I like carter’s, they have really cute clothes suitable for my baby, you can always find a good promotion there, the shop is always neat and in order, easy to find what you need.

Other than the absolutely terrible location of this store within the mall,.. the shopping experience is good. Carters definitely outshines Gap in regards to pricing and selection!

One of the staffs looks rude in her behaviour. Judgemental about the look of customers and showing face on cleaning the clothes. Although, we didn’t mess it up. She thought it was done by us and constantly looking as we going to steal something or making a mess…No greeting and not even she checked whether everything was okay. Other staffs who worked on that day was okay..they were friendly. Not going to this place anymore!

Had wonderful experience shopping at wem store, we are first time parents and Jinia helped us shop for our twin babies. Great customer service and has good knowledge of the product. Will shop there agin soon.

Prices are good and things come and go by season. So it makes you have to come back every 3 months or so. Staff are pretty good at pretending to be busy. They are not interested in helping you find anything that for sure.
