I wish I could give this place two ratings. Here is why.
The actual work and the staff in the back after the intake process were great. They were on the ball, awnsered all the questions I had, even did work the insurance by rights should be doing. The work itself was seamless and looked amazing. The truck was relatively clean after. I do feel like they could have put on the second mud flap on the other side instead of just tossing it in the truck as a curtasy but that is getting picky. Service I would actually give this a 4 starts all day long.
Now for the real problem, upon intake they don't care what you have to say. The guy there even after I told him repeatedly my truck was ticking, and that for sure both my exhaust manifolds were broken and were not broken before were never checked. Because he did not note this on my intake report and didn't tell the mechanic to check it I was not able to get this repaired. I instead they check them and after two weeks of asking them to check they finally did.... surprise surprise one was broken and the other was cracked. I now have a bill in the thousands of dollars to bring my truck up to what it was before the accident. I took it all the way up with my insurance and because there is no paper work proving that I declared that on my first visit I will not be getting this item fixed and it was deemed existing. This portion of the rating I would give a solid 0, and personally the guy upfront was a knowit all and skeemer from day one. All he cares about is the money.

Great staff that kept me up to date on my repair every step of the way. The workmanship looks as good as the original manufacturer.

I was very pleased with the customer service and attention to detail. It was important that I got my car back to looking exactly the way it had before the accident and I was not disappointed. Excellent work and fast. I would definitely recommend Carstar North.

Was not able to Mach the color of my car they changed the bumber and left fender but the customer service was not bad

Carstars Edmonton North did a very good job in repairing my Rogue. It looks like new .
They also kept me up to date as to the status on the repairs.

Amazing work on my vehicle! Speak with Nam Nguyen, he is super helpful and understanding.
Only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is because of the receptionist Christine! She was so rude throughout my whole experience. Inconsiderate to what people are going through on the phone and in person. Yelled at me because the card chip was not working and instead of being helpful she decided to yell at me and give unhelpful suggestions. She's a miserable person and take it out on customers. If you hate your job just quit! Don't ruin a good business and peoples day!

Did not do repairs as requested. Left my vehicle in after a car accident (came recommended by my insurance company). Got my vehicle back and it was pulling hard to the right. Took it back and they did an alignment but it didn’t fix the problem. Was told it was a tire pull. Even after they rotated my tires it still is pulling to the right. Never had this problem prior to accident. Carstar unwilling and apparently unqualified to fix whatever the problem is. Was asked “what do you want me to do about it”. I said fix it but they wouldn’t even try. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money.
