“If I could leave 6 out of 5 stars, I would - Ivan went above and beyond for me. They did excellent work, and recommended some better, cheaper ways of doing the repairs than my insurance adjuster had come up with, including flawless paint colour matching, which my insurance was pushing to do completely separately. Ivan also personally spent 2h doing tedious wiring work to fix a faulty door lock I had mentioned - unrelated to my collision damages - for free.Ivan is willing to fight for his customers' best interests, even when that costs him some profit. In my case it was apparent that my repair & claim would barely break even, with the cost-saving measures he himself recommended, but he still went out of his way to always talk and explain things, and deliver top-quality work. When we would talk, it was also clear how he does well by his staff, too.I was so so impressed by Ivan's integrity - the complete opposite of one of those bigger flashy shops who are just out to get a bigger paycheck. 110% recommended for anyone wanting honest, caring work, he deserves a ton of business and good karma. “Woke up to a nail in my front tire today. That was the first time I've ever changed a tire myself, and these guys patched it up and swapped it back on in less than an hour. I drove over here on my spare after 2 other places turned me away, as they were fully booked. Was set up for my appointment relatively quick, would have been five stars if the appointment I had made was treated as priority over someone who walked in before me to get some chips looked at, though he might have had an appointment I didn't hear that part. Took about more than an hour, not by much, to get everything all sorted out, but all in all a good experience.”

David went way out of his way to make sure the parts we bought (new hood and bumper shroud) were painted and ready to pick-up quickly and then let us know that they are there to answer any questions we may run into during the install process. Even threw in a handful of push pins for the installation.
