We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Capital Colour! Dale and Lisa made it easy to work with them on this project. Not only did they respond in a quick fashion to our quote requests, but also any questions we might have had going through the process. I've been working with Dale over the past year as I needed to print participant and Facilitator guides for a course I developed. It's been great, he walked me through options, was welcoming even though I just popped in one day and he's very quick to get back to any questions I have. It's been great working with him and the finished products are beautiful! Highly recommend!

I would first off like to say that I worked here for almost 3 weeks in the front reception and accounting position. I was given four days training and felt that I was ditched after four days of training. Leah whom I took over for, was supposed to be with me for two weeks. They put her in her new position and neglected to finish training. I was told September 2 that it wasn’t working out and I was dismissed. The only reason they could say was that I wasn’t confident enough. I felt that the training program at this company lacks The acknowledgement of giving people the opportunity to grow with the company. I had several comments from customers on what great adequate service I provided and positive feedback from customers about my etiquette and professionalism in dealing with customers.

After a horrible experience elsewhere, they were a breath of fresh air! They were quick and knowledgeable! They didnt treat me like i was suppose to know everything about printing, like the last place did. And cherry on top, my prints were 1000x more vibrant than the prints i got at a more different shop! Customer for life!

I was recently in charge of publishing a journal for university. I hadn't the first idea of what to do. I emailed Capital Colour with my specifications. Immediately, I was impressed with the quick response and not one, but two, quotes with my specifications (two for two different quantities of books). Over time, I realized my specs had to change, so I emailed Dale (who had been helping me earlier). He was just as responsive as the first time and gave me a more up-to-date quote. Once it came close to publishing, I spoke with him on the phone. I asked many questions relating to what the cover of the journal could look like, sizing for images, quality of the images, design for the spine, etc. Any questions I had, he answered them. We emailed back and forth extensively. The project was ready to print after a few weeks of correspondence. I was very happy with the end product. More so, I was happy with the time and patience Dale had for my questions and some late unforeseen adjustments. I would highly recommend Capital Colour, not because of the high quality product (which it was), but because of the excellent client service and assistance I received as a person brand-new to printing.

Communakit is a company that creates speech and language learning kits. The picture cards in our kits are a massive point of difference and therefore it is of utmost importance that they look and feel great.We shared our vision for the picture cards with a handful of print shops in Edmonton and choosing to print with Capital Colour was an easy decision. My salesperson, Bob, was the deciding factor as he is the definition of outstanding customer service. Printing the picture cards was an incredibly unique project and it was my first time as we are a brand-new product. He personally delivered samples to my house so I could feel the difference in weight and finish, updated quotes promptly as my project evolved, rushed samples when I needed, and the list goes on. After months of waiting for my materials I was finally ready to print the picture cards and I could not be happier with the finished product. I will be a forever customer at Capital Colour and recommend those in need of a print house to personally request Bob Thompson as their point of contact.

Quotes are fast, thoughtful, and competitive, deadlines are met and the end product always looks great. Recently, COVID has affected almost everything: working with Dale to totally revamp a major job - so that it could be mailed out instead of being handed out - turned out really well.
