This location removes the insert from the pumps so you have to hold it the whole time, or use a soda can / object to keep it pumping without holding it.

Can't get through on the phone to any department ever. You go in and ask for help and no one seems to know who is working in that department but it's not them! Terrible store.

Staff were genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. I need car wiper blades, and when I noticed I bought the wrong ones, refunding was as easy as finding my proper wiper size. Solid stuff, thanks!

Price gougers! I don't see where these positive reviews are coming from!Any given weekday morning, the price is anywhere between 5 and 10 cents higher than ALL gas stations in 10 blocks radius. They usually adjust the prices in the afternoon to match Esso gas station (2 blocks east of this one on Stony Pl. Rd).They lure customers with the promise of Canadian Tire Money, but they actually charge significantly more than competition, so in the end - even with CT Money bonus, you still pay more if you buy here.Don't take my word for it - observe for yourself. On weekday morning, drive by and note of the price, and then pay attention to the competition's price down the road (Esso, Domo, etc). Drive by in the afternoon, and you'll notice price adjustment to match the neighbors.These people are the price gougers of the lowest kind. Shame.
