The absolute worst after delivery service I've seen anywhere in my life. Bought a washer and dryer stack on Jul 20 and set delivery on Jul 25, their sales rep was wonderful. Jul 25 Kore Logistics (their last mile delivery and installation contractors) show up to deliver the new machines and took the old ones out as planned. All is good until they (attempted) to install the new washer/dryer and since I was busy doing work downstairs I couldn't keep checking everything they were doing. When they finished the installation and took off, I went do do my first laundry load to test, low and behold, water was poured out everywhere from the back of the machine during draining stage without me knowing about it until it was too late (I was not going to stand there and watch for 1 hour until it finish washing). The water damage was so bad it leaked down to the ceiling downstairs staining it. Called their after sale service line and received instruction to take pictures of the issue and then I see the issue, the installers forgot to hook up the drain hose, like who make that mistake? Now at first the service rep on the phone promised a Saturday Jul 27 appointment to fix the installation problem, then they would start another claim to help with the property damage caused by the water leak. Today someone from logistics told me they couldn't make it and rebook into Wednesday Jul 31, I was so frustrated I contacted the sales manager Nick (who tried to help connect to logistics) and got confirmation that it was sorted and they will be able to keep the original appointment to fix the issue date on Jul 27. Then just a few minutes ago I received another email indicating the appointment was once again moved to Tuesday. I have absolutely no idea how can you treat your paying customers like this after all the terrible things your delivery/installation partner did to me. Before the marketing team come on and blame they can't find an order matching review like other replies, here's my order# C3062705
---update 07/27---
a few more email exchanges today with the help from Nick (manager at south location) revealed that Logistics is indeed rebooked service call to Tuesday. This drove my frustration to the limit and I had to bit the bullet and hired a professional plumber over to address the problem. It took him 2 minutes to see the issue with the drain hose not installed properly and also the 2 water feed valves (both hot and cold) are loosely tightened which caused additional leakage on that side of the wall. The set up is now working without anymore leakage however now I'm left with a $300 invoice from the plumber to fix the issue caused by Kore Logistics and 0 help from CAS, plus my damaged floor and ceiling which will cost a fortune to repair.
Moral of the story is if you ever think of giving these guys your hard earned dollar, just don't, run away, no discount is worth the potential disaster you will face after sale. I hope my experience will help people not to get themselves in this situation by buying from CAS south location.

We were in a difficult situation with a kitchen reno - our fridge could not be delivered on time from another supplier and we could not wait months. CAS responded right away and got us our fridge from Ottawa and brought it to Toronto. Within 2 weeks we had a new fridge and our desired model. The installation was tight too in our heritage home. The delivery men were so skilled and careful getting it through our doors and in place. We are so pleased and grateful with CAS's service.

Customer service doesn’t call you back when you leave messages or texts. Been trying to to get a hold of the service representative for days no response. Customer service is poor in communication.

I ordered everything over the phone and it was a very easy process. They had everything that I wanted and they were able to give me a very good price. Between placing the order and delivery there were times where it was difficult to get a hold of my salesperson but they would usually call back if I left a message. Overall a very good experience purchasing and receiving my appliances.

Went to the store today. I felt unwelcome there. The salesman was continuously on his phone, eating candies from his drawer. It felt like he just wanted me to be out of there. Never going back to this place again.

I ordered a dishwasher and was told it would be in today. I made arrangements for pickup and hired a plumber to install. Called today and now they're saying it won't be in for another week. What a waste of time and money.

Purchased July 6 2024 at 3 pm under my wife’s name Michele Halat…
Very disappointed, probably my strongest review yet and I usually give people a fighting chance to redeem themselves,this location at Calgary Trail South in Edmonton was terrible ..Do not recommend this place whatsoever. I would not buy from here. After they got our money the customer service went down hill really fast. On the day of deliver we were told that the wrong crew was booked due to the washer and dryer being heavier so they would have to come back another day with a different crew. We tried to speak to someone at the Canadian Appliance Source to come up with a solution however we were bounced from the Sales person Ivonna to Customer Service, back to Ivonna who said she could not do anything for us but book delivery for 5 days later. We then called to talk to Nick Brady the Manager who said he could do anything for us and would send a message to logistics who didn’t even call us. We finally had the delivery crew show up 5 days later but guess what it was the same delivery crew that couldn’t deliver the machine the first time. Needless to say we finally got our washer and dryer delivered and installed but did not even receive a sorry for our mistake and booking the wrong delivery crew and we had to be the ones to call back for a solution. Recommend going to the Brick,Trail appliance or Coast appliance Instead… hesitant trying out a new place to us like Canadian Appliance source … not worth getting stressed out like we did

With only 1 exception, the experience was easy, helpful and the delivery tram were outstanding.
The exception was an unexpected delivery charge, which they assure me will be rectified.
