Very disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this post office. Management was not willing to assist in even the most basic problems caused by their own negligence and poor practice.

Canada Post is garbage. I sent my passport using express post but, they never sent my passport and they lost it. Beware of these scammers Guys. Use any other courier services.

This is by far the worst CP location in south Edmonton. Every single time any member of my household has gone there there, the service has been rude, there has been some "new policy change", or some ridiculous excuse to make thinks difficult. Canada Post needs to reeducate the staff working at this location or fire them, and soon. Just appalling.

Expectations for Canada Post are low but this one is somehow worse. Missing packages/returned packages/Marking packages delivered when they haven't arrived. Service is slow and poor, with only one or two exceptions. Management is TERRIBLE and has been for years. Avoid this post office, especially renting a PO Box.

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!!!!!!!!!! I would give a zero if I could.I mailed letters with a couple samples in sealed, privacy envelopes and every single one had a tear in the corner with the samples removed when they arrived to their destinations. Each client of mine messaged me to thank me but to also let me know that they didn't get the samples because a thief decided to rip all of them and take what was inside for themselves. Since every envelope had this same issue, I know it was from the staff at the Shoppers Drug Mart post office. Stealing and invading my privacy; completely unacceptable.In addition, I have never received 'friendly' service at this post office. Staff members don't smile and don't provide good customer service.

Multiple complaints on this place and system. One employee had a system that was down and she would not look for parcels manually for anyone. After following up with a formal complaint I was told Canada Post employees are supposed to be checking parcels even with a down system. Another complaint is about not making Xpresspost delivery attempts to the door. I live in a townhouse with two separate entrance and neither door bell gets rung, they simply throw the card in the community mailbox and expect you to pick it up whenever you get the slip. What the hell is the point of using Xpresspost if you still have to go get your package at the post office, useless, I will avoid Canada Post at every cost.

The "Post Office Manager", Jenny, was not very helpful and did not even explain the other optional services to me as it was my first time sending a parcel. I tried to show her the address that I needed the package sent to and was just very dismissive and did not bother looking. I have reported this to Canada Post in hopes they'll do something to change their service at this location.

Very bad customer service! I purchased a money order here but how come they make a mistake on sender and pay to. When I come back and try to correct it, they did not say sorry and just ask me pay again. Terrible service. Only reason they told me is staff is new guy. Canada post should pay for staff’s mistake. New guy is not reason for you to waste customer’s name and money!!!

Manager Jenny is clueless. Always tells me my regsitered mail items won't be signed for and they always are. Will never scan my business account card claiming it doesn't do anything when in fact it does. Cannot believe she is the manager.
