The woman, Deborah, wears glasses with a string, the service is hopeless, she cannot solve the problem, she does not know and is not interested in how to solve the problem with the letter, if the parcel is delayed, the postal service is a failure, I and others pay for the letters, people demand consideration for the parcels, and don't hide behind a supervisor who doesn't know anything or says he won't continue because you speak in a raised voice! She treated me like a fool, saying that a letter with an international number sometimes takes 2 weeks, then 4 weeks, and she didn't know the regulations. ?????? zero star this place dont derserve it .

Incredibly frustrated. 'Deborah' was the lady helping me and I had to mail legal documents, so I requested tracking and a signature, she kept saying all express mail gets a signature even after i told her to juat right it down anyways to be safe. Now I could have issues with the legal system because she didn't get a signature! So incredibly angry.

Omg this girl with glasses and blonde hair didn’t know how to do her job she didn’t know what to do and as I proceeded to ask questions about a mailbox that I already have information about she had no idea and proceeded to say I can’t help you even though she’s the post lady that supposed to be doing her job how is anyone able to get anything done with such a rude worker

This older lady at the counter with glasses named "Deborah" was extremely rude and very snarky with me. Upon arriving she did not greet or make eye contact with me. I had two packages to return to Amazon, when I placed the packages on the counter, she grabbed one and then threw a mailing label sticker at me and told me to place it on my second package to save her time!! When I began to try and put this label on, she begin yelling at me and told me I was doing it wrong and grabbed it from my hand to do it herself! I fail to understand that why as an employee of Canada Post, is she telling customers to do her work for her?? She gives Canada Post a bad reputation with her offensive attitude and should not be working for your company, as I am sure many more customers will have similar experiences with her as I did today!

I've been here quite a number of times. The employees are fine, they don't go out of their way to be friendly (usually - they've had one or two really nice workers), but they're not especially rude or unpleasant. The lines are never absurd. Make sure to fill out the form for international packages online before you visit. This location is a million times better than the other one nearby which should be avoided at all costs.

I don’t know what their deal is at this location. But they are always wrong with an attitude. I got an email my package was at the carrier facility. It’s a Sunday and I head on over. Woman behind the counter states “It’s Sunday, hahaha, nothing came today”. I told her I got the email. She locked me up and saw 2 packages. She goes “These didn’t come today, they’ve been here a while, they were going to be sent back, they have an exclamation mark”. Well, I ordered and paid for these Amazon items 72 hours ago, so that’s unlikely. And even if your system is suspect, you can see the date. She knew she was wrong but Lord have Mercy she would cut her wrists before admitting it. She had both packages and went and got them.This is a common occurrence at this Canada Post and likely why my packages have been sent back within the week of arrival. Avoid them.

Terrible customer service for the Asian lady working in the post section. I went to ship an international package and she was expecting me to know every single detail of their policy and do her job as well. Just said what's wrong and won't help me fix it or even explain their policy in an acceptable attitude

Absolutely by no means pay for express shipping with these half Witt’s, biggest waste of money cause somehow has taken almost four days for it to even get to a post office for pick up?? Biggest waste of money and a useless carrier service

I come to this location weekly to drop off packages for our small business. Rachel always greets my sister and I with a big smile and she shows so much professionalism and optimism in her work. She is very fast and efficient and just a pleasure to talk to!
