Got a detail and noticed my front inside window had streaks and residue so I took my car back a week later. Shout out to the assistant manager, Yana (sorry if I spelled your name incorrect) as she came out and rewashed my front inside window and did it with a smile. This wonderful customer satisfaction is appreciated and I am definitely going to spread the word. You Rock Yana!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so unimpressed with how these people try and take advantage and upsell! They are so insincere! Left there after a quote yesterday and got a car wash at a competitor nearby and couldn’t have received a better service at more than half the price! I will never come back here again! ?

I took my car today to the bubbles on 51st Ave. in Edmonton just to have the exterior washed and the manager: asked me if I had changed the tail lights on the car which I had because original ones were getting foggy and scratched. I said I’m about to get the headlights replaced because the Lexan is all scratched and fogged and he said that they have a process where they sand and polished the headlights and then place a UV coating over it. I thought that sounded interesting and the price was very reasonable so I said go ahead and do it. I can’t believe how well the final result turned out. My headlights look almost new. The only flaw is there was a slight crack superficially in one of the headlights. Otherwise they look like it came off the factory floor. Can’t thank Collin in the rest of the crew here for the fantastic job they did enough!! I wish I had taken it before picture to show you the results, but I have included an after process picture and please note that this car is a 2011 with 170,000 km on it.

My husband and I have been taking our cars there for almost 20 years and we have always received great service. The staff are very warm and friendly. Today I had a concern about a scratch that appeared on my vehicle. Although they assured me the scratch didn’t happen there, they were kind enough to buff it out. I really appreciated the level of customer service and reassurance they provided me.

Incredibly rude person selling their packages and who over charged me after I had asked for the basic package only. She then was very terse to her lovely front end staff right in front of customers.

I deal with this fine establishment on a very regular basis 5 day’s a week and in turn there are many reasons why , and one is i great treated great and they do a great job of cleaning my car and everywhere I go people say that’s a great looking car and it’s because of these fine personable people that take care of my ride . I found the check in lady very aggressive not telling me what cheeper packages were available. Trying to get me to spend $300. I has in total 5 times for the cheaper options until I finally asked for her paper. Disappointed I definitely will consider if I am ever coming back to this location .
