These people have no morals and will take advantage of the elderly. My parents decided on this shop only because these people quoted so low compared to other shops. Their quote of 10 days took over 40 days. When they my mom went to pick up her vehicle, they claim they needed to order parts that they didn’t quote or even call about to ask if it was ok to proceed. Ended up adding almost $700 worth of parts also the trunk was not repaired and saying they didn’t quote it but somehow every shop we went to get quotes quoted the trunk as well. Needed to pay to get the car. Way more than was expected and the worst job I have ever seen. Also have been driving my parents vehicle around the whole time. There are scratches in the leather like they were transporting their trash. Brought the car to another shop to get a second opinion and they could not believe these people were a legit autobody business. Did not even tape over anything and painted over chips, black plastic trim and rubber parts in between the doors.These people also broke one of the headlight washers and didn’t reinstall the fender liner correctly which one of them flew off on the highway. Told my parents to come Friday right before closing too. We went back Monday morning they were instantly apologetic saying they would fix the washer and liner and call us when the parts arrive. So we didn’t even mention what a heinous paint work it was. A few weeks later we call to get an update to see if the parts are about to arrive. They say everything will be here in a few days. A week later nothing so we call again. Every time we call, he says a few days even though every time we are calling a week later. It’s been over 3 months since they started working on the vehicle. What a joke of a business. I have a feeling they are trying to stall out till their business fully does under. They do not answer any calls past 10am. They work from 8am-10amThis is the worst shop I have ever seen and never thought these nightmare stories would happen to my parents. After talking to these scummy people it is clear that all their reviews are from their friends and employees because their word is worthless, their work is pathetic, and will take advantage of you. These lazy scammers never had any business to be working on cars to begin with. With the way this place is ran I am not surprised and glad these losers went out of business.

If anyone is looking for a shop, Brothers Autobody on 50th street is great! My family has always gone to them and they do great work, can source new or used parts, and never upsell work that isn't necessary. I definitely recommend them!

Brothers is a great, locally owned auto body repair shop. Ron and family are easy to work and reasonably priced. They're my first call when I need body work done!

Brother's Autobody provided excellent customer service. An old school feel from a famil owned business. The body work was completed well and on time. I recommend all my family and friends to contact Brother's!

Ron, owner, makes promises that are not kept and presents you with problems that should have nothing to do with the customer. Took his payment in full and failed to deliver on time with half the work done. Your in for a disappointment.

Fantastic work at very competitive prices. Incredibly friendly and looking out to get you a good price. Had small issue post repair and was unable to get back to the shop right away, staff were very patient and helpful. Will definitely return for future auto body needs.

Great service. Kept me up to date with progress while truck was in the shop, and gave me a quick ride to Enterprise. They even helped me load my tools from my truck to the rental. Friendly, professional family business.

These people couldn't have been nicer. Phoned to make an appointment to get a quote, they said, "just drive on over". They got my car in right away and did a great job. It's a family owned and operated business. In business for 30 years. They drove me home and picked me up when my car was done 3 days later. I couldn't believe how spotless my car was. The entire interior and exterior was shined, scrubbed and vacuumed. Honestly, I was like, "is this my car". They were recommended to me and I'm recommending them to anyone looking for honest dealings with nice folk who do a great job. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Bravo Brothers Auto Body.
