Nice store. Butcher refused to cut a roast because he was on a 30 min break.
I'd understand if the place was busy but its not the customer service I'd expect for premium priced meats.

Sage is all the rage when it comes to customer service. In short, she is professional yet personable and went the extra mile for me. Thank you for taking care of my orders while I retrieved my bags for the awesome meat deal. Don't lose that smile.
JJ, thanks for racking up the streaks for me. I appreciated you rolling out the meat from the back.

The store is nice. Big, clean, and good selection. That's the positive. I've never shopped there before, and I won't be going back. First, it's overpriced. Like really overpriced. When an expensive competitor is cheaper, that's bad. Second, I had the worst experience when I was at the till. I wasn't greeted, or even acknowledged...at all. One of my items was in a plastic produce bag because it was leaking, and the cashier let out the most exasperated sigh, and literally threw a fit trying to take the bag off to scan it. All for nothing, as he ended up scanning it with the bag on. At the end, after I paid, I wasn't acknowledged again. Like not a thank you...nothing. I hope Richard was just having a bad day.

What's the point of having a self checkout if it's going to be closed all the time? You're literally just wasting time and money at this point. Your store is large enough that you should be able to accommodate having it open, especially when it's needed.

I love Loblaws and this location and I want to give five stars but I had a really bad experience at the bakery this morning and your ladies did not help me they just didn't even come to the counter to ask if I needed help and I just found them very rude. It took 30 minutes to get help from the bakery when there was two ladies working behind the counter, 30 minutes and I had a screaming baby with me! thanks for that, a mother's nightmare. Get better at the bakery counter and get some staff there who are kind and polite and not so rude... I'm not kidding, the older lady at the bakery behind the counter was mean. I'm a pain client and was just looking for a smash cake for my son's first birthday.

Who's the genius who decided to remove the self check out on the busiest hours? Yes, we all enjoy waiting an extra 10 mins to wait in line for the privilege to pay an extra dollar or 2 on every item. I don't think yall understand that your prices were already high to begin with. Gouging at its finest. I'm not paying $8 for a single chicken burger or $9 for a single salad roll. Also, your soup is ridiculously overpriced $5 for a small soup. What are yall thinking. It's like that with every item. Checkout staff is friendly and look overwhelmed with the long lines though.

The underground parking is convenient and makes it easy to find a parking spot. The shopping area is clean and offers a diverse range of options.

It is a little more expensive at this location. But always clean and the underground parking is great when it's super cold in the winter.

Shocking the company gouging Canadians for basic necessities including food, to the tune of 59.1 Billion dollars in 2033, can’t afford to keep self checkout open during the entirety of opening hours. Loblaws is happy to have you wait in a long line for the only till open so they can make sure they make another 60 billion+ dollars off of your need to survive. Glad to have my boycott reaffirmed the first time I walked into one of these mannerless decrepit tactless stores since May. Won’t be returning.

If you can, avoid this market. You will often come across goods sold here that have expired, fruits and vegetables are mostly old, very often in the stage of rotting and the selection is limited. The salami section is almost always without seller, so you will have to wait for someone to come and serve you, and the meat and fish section is full of leftovers. The selection of goods in the store is limited, the toilets are always locked, which requires an extra effort to find the key in order to use them. The bakery is a special story. It's as if they haven't heard how bread and pastries are made, dough tough and of poor quality. The store is definitely one of the most expensive in the city, and the pleasure of shopping will be spoiled every day by excesses that happen with drunk and drugged visitors, which can be a very unpleasant experience. Of the six cash registers, they almost never work more than two. You enter once through the entrance door, once through the exit door, so you never know where you will enter. All in all, a disaster.
