Nice store. Butcher refused to cut a roast because he was on a 30 min break. I'd understand if the place was busy but its not the customer service I'd expect for premium priced meats.

What's the point of having a self checkout if it's going to be closed all the time? You're literally just wasting time and money at this point. Your store is large enough that you should be able to accommodate having it open, especially when it's needed.

The underground parking is convenient and makes it easy to find a parking spot. The shopping area is clean and offers a diverse range of options.
