Absolutely wonderful service, Jason, Kelly & the team were very kind and polite. Very quick service and wonderful work. They made me feel very welcome and helped answer all of my questions. They went the extra mile when the rental car did not show to pick me up they took 10 minutes out of their day to drive me to get a rental and even offered to pick me up if needed. The adjusters and mechanics were helpful and polite. I would recommend 10/10.

Took some time to get repairs done, but Kelly was always calling and updating my family all the way through until the repairs were done! The car came back clean, vacuumed, and polished!

Strongly recommend shopping around before going there i have been waiting for three weeks for a small repair that should have taken 3-to 4 days always have an excuse and keep putting my truck at the bottom of the totem pole very bad service

* update to add that after repeatedly reaching out to them, they refuse to contact me back to get the issues fixed.*Brought my car in to be fixed. Picked it up to find they had fixed one part but caused more damage than was there when I dropped it off including a spot where they took a gouge out of the side and clearly slapped some paint on it hoping I wouldn’t notice. Rude and dishonest. Blatantly lied to my face as proven with dashcam footage which I only thought to check because after I saw the damage, I noticed my cameras were unplugged both from the jack and the camera itself. All this combined with the fact that they took an entire month to do the work after having to chase them down to even set a date.Service: Body & Trim

Friendly staff, flawless integration with the insurance company. Over and above when the delivery of my vehicle, happened. They detailed the inside and waxed the out. I think they gave my vehicle a little bit more love than I have recently. All around most welcome experience when things weren't so great. - Thank you Boyd's Autobody... Good job.

Unprofessional staff, bad service, bad worke done to fix damages and in procces of fixing thoes, they create more damage that they refuse to fix.

This last dealing was good with the body shop manager. But at original time I had to use them for body work, was not a good experience! I had to go back like 4 times because they kept messing up on the parts and didn’t reinstall them. It wasn’t a good experience at all. I will not go back to them.

Car got in an accident Oct 26th and it’s Dec 7th now, almost 45 days and they still haven’t started working on it. Very disappointing but hopefully the quality of the work is worth the wait. Everytime you call and want to speak to a manager he’s busy.

This particular Boyd autobody and glass location has been nothing short of a nightmare to work with. I was involved in an accident on September 4th, and my insurance told me that this shop was their preferred autobody shop.I took my car in to the shop on September 7th. I had to constantly call each week to ask if they had progressed in sending my estimate to my insurance, and the answer I received for most of those calls were "it will be done in three to four days".I called to ask for an update on my estimate on October 16, and they had finally told me that the estimate was finished and uploaded and that insurance would get back to me. After a week of no word from my insurance, I called them to ask how long it will take. To my surprise, Boyd autobody and glass had not sent them my estimate after telling me they had done so the week prior. It was after this call to insurance that they finally finished the estimateTo say the least, the customer service at this location is awful, they are completely unorganized, and will never give you any updates unless you badger them with phone calls weekly. I definitely will never come back here if i get into another accident.

My car was involved in a side swipe collision. I requested to have my car repaired here as my wife had her car repaired here 2 yrs ago due to a hit and run collision. Both cars have been repaired. Horrible service. Truck didn't get fix or anything then I had to take it to three other shops to get it diagnosed for insurance to finally get it fixed. Don't recommend at all
