Had a fantastic experience here. I was looking for gastrointestinal food alternatives to my usual expensive vet options and they went above and beyond to find a food that was right for my pup.Super friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location!

I was NOT told about a 14-day return policy. I purchased a seat cover that did not fit my vehicle, but left the country for business the next day. I just went to return it, and was told "too late - 14 day return policy." I have spent a lot of $$ in the store, but just lost $55. Inflexible, unfriendly.>

Such wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Visited on Thursday and a young lady helped me pick out some food for my new dog. She was so knowledgeable and advised me if the dog did not like the food to bring it back for a exchange or refund. Unfortunately my dog would not eat it so I returned the food the following day. Josie who assisted me with the return was awesome. No hassle to return and she gave me some food samples to try and offered my dog a treat. I love this place. Also nice to support a local business. I'll be back once I figure out what food my dog will eat.

Helpful knowledgeable staff. Good selection of toys foods treats and essentials for pet care. The staff love seeing my dog when he comes in. They always have treats on hand. My dog loves going to the store and seeing them.

Reached out to several pet stores in town asking if anyone would discount some puppy food for us to donate to the rescue where we were adopting today.I talked to the manager Jenn at this location and she was amazing…allowed me to share my story and generously offered a discount on some food. Thank you so much Jenn!!!! We will definitely be back to your location for everything our new little pup needs. Thanks so much!!!!

Amazing store! Jenn the owner is the sweetest person! Her store has EVERYTHING! It's so clean so nice ! Best Pet supply store I've ever been in! She even recommended new food for my super picky puppy that my dog loves!' You will definitely love this place !
